By the way things are displayed, I'd assume that all the inventory is out on the floor-there is no "checking in the back" for additional sizes. This is not the type of store where someone approaches you and helps you find what you need and then helps you try the shoe on. (Do those places even exist anymore? I swear that's how buying shoes used to be.) In fact, the only store employees that I saw were at the cash register and seemed to be a little stressed with the number of customers in line to check out. The cashier asked for a phone number and when she didn't find me in their system, automatically signed me up. I would have preferred to be given the option-but she just jumped right in. I declined to provide an email address, however. Nope. I don't need more spam. I supposed if you're a frequent shoe-shopper, the rewards might be enticing. But that's not me. They're great, and you can find some good bargains here regardless of the coupons or not but I do feel the need to mention I actually managed to buy a really awesome shirt here for (yes) 43 cents with the help of one of those coupons! Who can complain at that? This is a pretty big store, well organized and easy to navigate around. Definitely seems to be better than other Kohl's I have visited in the past, and checkout is always fast and friendly. I've always been oddly fascinated by the LCD price displays, sure it shouldn't be unusual in our modern world and for me as a technology professional just seems to make sense, especially if you're doing a lot of price changing and discounting - but even in this day and age it's a novelty and actually they are big enough to be useful and saves a lot of the usual hunting for price labels. I admit it makes you wonder if the store is owned by the Borg collective, but I'm happy to report they only run Ross Dress for Less stores and Kohl's will not attempt to forcibly assimilate you with anything other than good deals and merchandise.

The amount of my refund was far below what I paid. I was told I'd have to go home and buy the next size up then bring both pants in if I wanted a full refund. I did this and somehow the next size up is also too small. I go back and bring both in and am offered the same small refund. They don't refund your shipping cost even if you're exchanging for size because their sizing is weird and you are for sure buying the bigger item! So in the end, I have a pair of too small pants that cost me $57 when they retail for $35

They had a bunch of great brands here - Doc Martens, Vans, Converse, and Birkenstocks - and much more.
