I called to make an appointment for 3:45pm, the guy I spoke with on the phone turned out to be Jacky. He said if I can come in at 4pm, that would work better. So I arrived a little past 4 because I got lost. I waited til 4:15pm and I didn't mind - I had time. My appointment lasted for about 45 minutes and it includes: shampoo, blowdry, styling and cut. It's better to make an appointment or call ahead of time. He was the only one working on a Saturday but he's fast and efficient. Jacky is a man of few words which is great for me LOL. Anyhow, he did an amazing job fixing my damaged, brittle and mullet-looking dry hair. Yes, it's that bad. I said that I wanted to keep my hair a bit long and I was flexible if he cut it a bit shorter because I just want to re-grow my super luscious long hair (I MISS IT ALOT). No complaints and his service was great. Would recommend it! I paid $36 flat (women's haircut) plus tip. I think it's $25 for a cut only.

I think not! I was charged $185 in exchange for such an atrocious job and had originally scheduled a second appointment to touch up the roots; however, after seeing my own pictures, I simply cannot return.
