I started going to Emily last summer and was so glad that I found her in the Aborn/Silver Creek May Salon Suites. Emily who I fondly call "Em" does manicures and pedicures. Because it's just her in the suite, it's very relaxing and she totally takes her time with you. She's very kind and will aak you what you want to achieve in your mani or pedi. I've gotten both services done by her and I love her style of working and treatments. I feel that her prices are decent and you can pay cash or via a cash application like (Cash App or Zelle) which helps a lot of out when we forget to make a trip to the bank. I must also mention that there is a lot of parking and several nearby businesses for one to multitask before or after an appointment. The shop is located near the freeway and major roads for easy access. Give Emily a try...I don't think you'll be disappointed at all. Emily is so friendly and she is talented with a steady hand. I appreciate that she puts in great time and effort to making your nails look the way you want it. I took a couple of stars off due to the quality of the gel and builder gel that she uses. She did a French builder gel fill on my nails and I was obsessed with how beautiful my manicure turned out. However, the brand that she uses for the builder gel is low quality. How I know this? It's because I have purchased the same brand that she uses at DTK Nails Supply in downtown San Jose that costs between $5-$13 per bottle. Due to the subpar quality gel and builder gel, it started lifting around the cuticle area. My nails are less than a week old. I paid $85 for the manicure which is pretty steep for low quality materials. I would love to return to her business, but until she uses higher quality brands, I won't be returning. Her work is really impressive and I am sad that it didn't work out for me. read more

Emily did a good job and was detail oriented in both nail and cuticle care. While the nails were cute and she was kind, they weren't exactly what I asked for. I was very clear about what I wanted prior and during the appointment with pictures shown, but she added chrome on both without my request, and was going to charge me $20 extra. I have never had chrome add-on before, therefore I didn't know what she added during the finishing coat. She also touched and used her phone frequently during the appointment, which didn't feel very hygienic. I also noticed that my credit card was charged more than the amount I paid in person. read more

Emily is the best manicurist I've ever been to, and I've been coming to her for years. She moved to this new location which is less convenient for me, but absolutely worth the drive! I've tried all the nail salons in my area that have more than 4 star ratings, and Emily is by far the best. She's very gentle but thorough, and the gel always lasts a minimum of 2 weeks for me.
