So unsanitary!! Went there for a pedicure. While sitting, I leaned my left arm on the chair's pillow. Within 10 minutes my arm broke out into a rash only on the spot thst was touching the pillow. I told them and they took the cases off all their pillows. They gave me ointment. Urgent care confirmed it was urticaria from the place. read more

Omni has been my go-to nail spot for 7 years now and I love this place. It's been a part of my beauty routine for so long and I thoroughly enjoy going here to get my nails done. The staff in here are incredible - so nice and kind and extremely hard working. The selection of nail polishes and finishes (chrome, cat eye, etc.) is incredible and I can always find something I like here. They do a fantastic job and my manicures and pedicures last 3 weeks! Update: The owner reached out and expressed how sorry she was and that she would refund me. She was very kind and seemed sincere. I contacted her and she did refund me back in cash and so I'm appreciative of that. They were very busy when I went in with all the pedicure seats taken and she was urging me to come back for a pedicure. I think I will! I removed the pictures as well. Previous review: Came in for impromptu underarm wax since I was going on vacation in a day or two and wanted to save another trip to my usual at European wax. Never been here for other services but I go to cali tan next door a few times a week for red light therapy. The lady at the front was the one who did my wax. It really looked like she couldn't see that well...? She also didn't alcohol wipe the area down before the wax. She went over it with the wax and the strip way too many times and left me with burn marks(?)! It lasted for weeks she also used the aloe so sparingly so I had a coating of cotton on my arms after. Don't trust the wax services here. read more

This is my favorite nails this year. I go to helen and she does amazing work. My nails don't cost me an arm and leg nor does it take 3 hours for a beautiful set of nails. The girls who work there are so nice. It's small and definitely stations are close but that never has bothered me. Helen will do any design I ask and she does it perfectly like the photo I show her. She does do social media and I always tell her she should because she is so good. But she's busy anyway. The pedicures are good and reasonable for a full service pedicure too. Their polish is up to date and not old and gross looking. They do all the latest stuff too. Definitely recommend this place. Came here to do my wedding nails. I happened to have this spot saved for sometime now and finally made it in. Called about 15 minutes ahead of time to see if they had space (Wednesday 430pm), they said yes, I came in, got seated within a few minutes, and Mira (recommend!) took care of me. Unfortunately, there was another lady that had requested her with an appointment at 5pm and so they had me go get my pedicure while this other lady was serviced. Mira was super apologetic but I was ok since I was still getting my other service. There was maybe a 15-20 minute wait time after my pedicure finished, but Mira recoated my pedicure and continued with my gel mani. She even added a free rose design. Overall,$98 which seems to be the average these days for nail services. I may have found a go-to nail spot after such a long time searching. Also, I don't give 5's often, but this experience deserved it. Hope it stays consistent for many more times. read more

I first came to Omni after seeing my manager with an amazing set of acrylics on. She recommended Mindy to me. After getting my first set with Mindy, I haven't gotten my nails done anywhere else! She is literally copy and paste! I always show her Pinterest photos and she replicates them Amazingly. Mindy is also very kind and checks in with you throughout the service to make sure you're content with the nails. Her retention is just as amazing as her designs and shaping. Omni is my go-to nail salon! I always get the gel builder manicure (it's an extra clear layer below your gel mani, that just makes your nails extra durable and extends the life of the manicure). Mandy is my go-to girl, she can literally do any design you show her, it's incredible! I've tried this with 3 other aestheticians prior -- one had recommended Erica while she was traveling and the other two I never went back to because the results were mediocre and one even caused my lashes to crinkle (!!!). Btw if you don't know what a lash lift is, it's like a push-up bra for your lashes. The treatment uses chemicals to lift and curl your lashes and can last from 6-8 weeks. Because there are chemicals, it's important you go to a reputable and knowledge person that understands how to adjust the process according to your lashes to avoid damaging / over processing. Plus the treatment Erica uses has keratin which is less damaging! Although I live almost an hour drive away from Erica, I religiously drive to see her every 6-8 weeks to get my straight Asian lashes lifted. Erica is super meticulous and will get every lash (including the baby ones on the corners) lifted beautifully! I always come out feeling like a million bucks and can get away with not putting on makeup every day which saves so much time. Tl;dr I LOVE the results of getting my lashes lifted with Erica, and trust Erica 150% with my lashes!! Also, recommend doing a growth lash serum every day (like Rodan & Fields which I find works really and saw results after 2 months) to lengthen your lashes. I use this in conjunction with the YUMI Keratin lash serum Erica sells to strengthen my lashes so I can maintain healthy and beautiful lashes!

The pressure wasn't that hard. One thing I did note, they start on your feet but don't wash their hands afterwards when they move on to the rest of you. I kinda found that a little weird. I never have to wait long to be seen after arriving to the spa. Every esthetician I have had was friendly and kind. I love that you have the option to opt for a female esthetician. The only reason I gave Ritual 4 stars instead of 5 is because the older receptionist is often unwelcoming and surly.

It's really not painful with her at all. Lastly, you could tell she loves what she does: she's very careful, never in a rush, uses all sorts of lotions before and after. A cherry on top - Anastasia is a medical professional with a degree. In addition, I just like supporting this small woman-owned business. Booking system is convenient. Room is super clean.
