One thing is for sure - this company sends any available person to clean - even if they are not professional cleaners and have ZERO experience. Such was my experience with them. During my 1st appointment, 2 people were to show up but only 1 actually showed up and claimed can clean in 6 hours. Thats 4k sqft of house that typically had taken 15-16 man hours. After 2 hours, I told the cleaner to go back as I paid for entire house (~4k sqft) deep clean and it cannot be done by 1 person and the service was priced for 15-16 manhours of service. Btw: when I mentioned it to manager Juan - somehow he kept claiming that he will not charge for extra hours - while I was thinking whether he meant he will charge less for less hours. The guy repeated that so I knew he was not joking. 2nd time - 2 people came - 1 from last time (had some experience) and another who was first timer and can't clean to save her life. Just terrible! Now about the quality - the worst quality I have seen in my entire life. This company's reviews must have been bought. The strange thing is that the cleaners spent 12 hrs of combined time yet things were unclean. How can that be? Makes no sense unless the cleaners were just NOT professional.
