Janelle is friendly and knowledgeable, and she'll be able to assist you with questions regarding billing, insurance, or scheduling. And she'll do it all with a sincere smile on her face. Your experience continues with Anna and Evelyn, Dr. Park's dental assistants. Both Anna and Evelyn have impeccable chairside manners. They're kind, compassionate, and friendly--everything you want when you have drills, scalpels, and pliers stuck in your mouth. In fact, Anna is so kind that I felt if I asked her to hold my hand while the dentist was stuffing my mouth full of bone graft, she would. And if she wouldn't, I'm sure she would have found me a stuffed bear to hold. Your experience finishes up with Dr. Park himself. Dr. Park is a master at his craft, and he genuinely cares about his patients. He wants to make sure they leave happy and looking good--regardless of what they ask for. Which means you're not leaving until Dr. Park is happy with the finished product. And honestly, if Dr. Park is happy, I'm pretty confident you're going to be happy too. I came to Dr Parks for a new denture after my dentist provided a denture I could not wear comfortably. Dr Parks went to great lengths to insure a perfect fit so when the final denture arrived it needed no adjustment, a first for me and I have had dentures since I was 19 and have had 7 dentures in my lifetime. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and my new dentures fit comfortably and look good too. read more

Please get a second opinion. This Dr. does not stand by his work. He doesn't communicate, performs unnecessary procedures, and the quality of work is horrible. I am in more pain now then when I went in here. I can't even live a normal life with the unbearable pain caused by this Dr. He also will not take any responsibility for for his wrong doings. After MANY efforts of communication, this office refused to help me any further or fix the damage caused. I would never recommend anyone here. After suffering from dental issues my whole adult life Dr Park gave me my teeth, smile, health, and confidence back. His whole team is great, professional, and they truly care. I never thought I would like a dentist in my whole life, but Dr. Simon is a great dentist and a nice guy. At first it can be intimidating, but after some time you fit right in and become family. He will meet you early in the morning if you have any problems with your teeth. I definitely had problems with the first temporary teeth, but because he was so nice he met me bright and early in the morning to solve the problem. Terrible experience from a supposed professional. Insisted on $10,000 in advance plus nickle and dimed me each visit. The bridge/implant was discolored plus after 3 years it failed and began moving forward thru my gum and had 2 be removed. He also was very intimidating. I've been going to Dr. Simon for aprox. three years. I found him by chance and by luck, and I thank the dental gods for leading me here. I have several complex dental issues, in part, due to a traumatic injury, thus requiring extensive implants, crowns, and veneers. Dr. Simon has been a lifesaver! My only wish is to have found him sooner. Finally I am getting the dental care I should have had decades ago. Dr. Simon and his upbeat, cheerful staff, are a godsend. Coming from snooty L.A. , B.H.'s doctors, I can tell you, a great attitude goes a long way with me. It's stressful enough to be in the chair when you have lots of work to be done. I have been going to Dr. Simon for a vast variety of my dental needs for a decade now. My assessment? He is superbly competent and has enormous integrity. His staff is knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. My lower teeth had all ground down after a lifetime of use. In 2010-2011, he prepared a whole set of new teeth attachments, and affixed to the existing stumps with composite resin. It was a new lease on life for my mouth, literally. The plan has been astonishingly successful. If I had waited another year, it would have been too late. The options would then have been the enormously expensive dental implants or artificial teeth! I had lived with a gap between my front teeth, and a crooked tooth, all my life. After Dr. Simon performed his magic, I can't smile enough! He has given me critical advice. At least once, it saved me from making a terrible mistake. Once I had a bad case of TMJ (temporomandibular joint syndrome), and an oral surgeon recommended surgery. Dr Simon was vacationing in Europe, but he kept in touch and advised me against surgery. Sure enough, TMJ vanished after a week or two. I am particularly impressed by his meticulous preparation before installing a crown. I've been getting my teeth cleaned by Dr. Simon for at least five years. How good is he? I still drive to Fullerton from Long Beach, that's how good! (It's only twice a year, right?) He once fixed a cracked tooth for me, and not only did I not feel a thing, the patch is completely invisible. Anyway he's great, but his office staff are the ones who really make the difference. They always call to remind me of appointments and greet me by name, and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes once I arrive. The office is tastefully decorated and full of fancy equipment: they can take X-rays right in the exam room, and you can watch the images pop up on a computer nearby! It's like the future. The prices are reasonable, too, but he stopped taking insurance about a year ago, which is the only reason this is four stars instead of five. You have to pay up front, but they'll still submit claims for you so you can get reimbursed. read more

As a kid, I spent at least 4 years in braces and even longer in a retainer. My teeth have always been...'challenging.' Earlier this year, Dr. Simon completed some work to restore worn areas on six of my front upper and lower teeth. He did a masterful job filling and blending all during one visit. He was skillful at matching the color of my teeth so that the work blended in well. I like that Dr. Simon did not push me to have this work done. I brought it up and he proposed a simple solution. I took my elderly mother to see Dr Geller and was very impressed with the service she received. We thought mom would need new dentures, but Dr Geller and Dr Simon spent a lot of time checking, cleaning, adjusting, and working with Mom's existing dentures and eventually they were able to make them fit her again. We were delighted! The task was especially challenging because Mom has dementia and can't express herself.
