We had a laundry list of small and large things around the house that needed to be repaired. We called JP Frisch after seeing the work they did on my neighbors house. The contractor showed up at 6:45 am to set out his tools before starting at 7. He was very careful with his time. Drywalling and painting first so he would be able to go back and do a second coat before leaving for the day. While that dried he repaired our faucet, replaced a door, changed outlets to GFI in our kitchen and then got back to work on our bathroom. By the end of day one you would have thought a three person crew had been here. He came back the next day to finish everything up. I had a great experience with JP Frisch Construction. Everything very well. After discussing my to do list, he made a trip to Home Depot which didn't take long. He tightened most of my screens on the porch, fixed the pieces that needed fixing. Rehung the roman shade that another handyman service hung backwards. Plugged up those knot holes and recapped the posts on the smaller porch. I really liked his confidence, breadth of knowledge, usage of time, doing more than required (tightening screens) but needing to be done, ability to talk with me to assure we were in agreement with the projects. I called JP Frisch Construction services for both an electrical problem and a plumbing issue. John arrived promptly at the appointed time and easily diagnosed and fixed the plumbing issue which involved an inadequate stream of hot water from the kitchen faucet. The electrical issue was more complicated involving a bedroom fixture fan and light combination. John diagnosed the issue and promptly repaired. John is friendly, courteous and very efficient. If I could give his company negative stars I would definitely do so. I understand that some people are less socially adapt than others, but Mr. Frisch is quite simply a sociopath. He gets very angry very quickly during transactions and his demeanor makes you feel like he's going to cause you physical harm at any moment ( the man has never laid a finger on me that's just how he makes you feel). read more
