Only reason why I gave it two Stars because I haven't tried their food but the atmosphere is not the best. I understand it's a bar/arcade/restaurant but they should consider having after hours for adults 21 and over and during the day they should have families. The music feels very old, idk I just feel like they need more upbeat music. The blonde bartender was very rude she yelled at my friend while she was making her drink and gave her a bad look. The staff was really rude my husband whent to get us drinks and the bartender gave him attitude then security told my husband that at 9pm he had to take his sweater off cuz it was a red 49er sweater or leave for being our first time there it was not a good experience we will not be going back there. read more

Soooo wanted to love this place! I am a pinball collector! However, I went there on Wednesday night for my granddaughter's grad dinner. We made reservations for 10. Arrived on time for our reservation, there was no one at the door, the gal and the bar looked dazed and confused. She went to check on the resie, came back with nothing. By this time we had seated ourselves and ordered drinks from the bar, they were weak. Proceeded to order food..... it took so long that we decided to take it to go, lo and behold they did not have any to go cutlery. Wow really????? Additionally, they could not sub onion rings for french fries for an upcharge because "thier system doesn't do that!" Again, really? My daughter had to return two orders of food because it was to charred to be edible! Wow is all I can say. Great concept but I don't expect it to last long with this kind of food and service. I really wish people would be more understanding of long wait times for a newly opened business. They have to hire, train, and learn how to do things. Give them a break for Pete's sake. Ate there yesterday for the first time. Ordered the Mezza Platter. Very disappointed. I really love hummus with pita....however, the hummus was really bad, in my opinion! Sambra from the grocery store is much, much better. I love Greek food. The hummus and falafels were just so bad! I expect great from a restaurant. The pita was served straight out of a package. Not grilled, or cooked, in any way. Maybe I was expecting something homemade and great, like the Naan at Taste of Little India in Merced. What I got tasted like slices of white bread...bland. The fries were simple. The parm-crusted zucchini tasted like a cheap frozen brand. I was expecting something really tasty and fun. Total failure. However, the facility itself is great. Beautifully appointed. Great games, cool bar, and tons of seating. I plan to go again sometime, for drinks and games, but, I'll pass on the food. My hope is that the food improves. When you enter they tell you take a menu and seat your self, what they don't say is that there are is no wait staff to take your order. You must order from the front desk, take a number and utensils. A person brings you your order then nothing else so really there is no reason to leave a tip. You are not checked on or asked if you need anything.. like ketchup napkins.. nothing. If you want a drink you must order from the bar. If you can get attention of one of the bartenders. And of course another transaction. We waited 20 min to get a drink friday around 5:30. The ambiance is great. Merced could have another hit on their hands.. We came for lunch during work lunch hour with coworkers and we were excited to try. I had a burger, and my coworkers got their specialty fries. So there is no waitress and you have to go up to order.. not a fan of Dijon mustard, ask if I could just get yellow mustard on the side. "We don't carry that" which I'm thinking what restaurant doesn't carry yellow mustard? Lol but got the burger and it was bland and a little burnt.. the fries were nice and crispy. My coworkers liked their fries a lot. We asked for ketchup and the lady brought us a little cup of ketchup on the side. We asked for a couple more because the fry plates were a good portion size. She looked annoyed when we asked for more. No one checked up on us, not sure how to get a refill of water or a non- alcoholic drink either? We didn't get any alcohol so I can't attest to the drinks but they do boast a good size menu of beer. I will come back to kick back with a beer with friends because the vibe is super cool. I know they just opened not to long ago so they working out the kinks still. Just maybe a little more organization and clear communication how the food service should be might be helpful. My family and I went on a Saturday. When you walk in you grab a menu and order your food and then you seat yourself, anywhere that's open. It was really hectic and busy but it was Saturday evening. We ordered the Donner fries which were surprisingly good. And then we got mozzarella sticks which I would highly recommend. Along with the Brussel sprouts which were really good. We also ordered wings the Buffalo flavor was really great only problem is that one of our orders of wings came under cooked, which grossed us out seeing the amount of red and rawness on the chicken. The manager refunded us which was great and made sure we had everything else up to par. Overall it was a cool place there's nothing like it in Merced, which is also why it sucks because everybody in Merced is there. Also kids running around in the arcade make it difficult to enjoy the games. And the karaoke cost extra and need to get on the waitlist which was 4 hour wait when we were there since they only have one karaoke room. Also the bar had the usual stuff regular pricing nothing special not a place for mixed drinks/ cocktails but bartenders were quick to notice when you needed something. I will mention our first shot had a hair in it but he gave us a new one right away when we mentioned it. So overall good idea decent place to go and have a bite to eat and play games when there isn't a bunch of kids everywhere. It would be better if there was an age limit like 13+ because it's very adult themed with the decor and bar and older arcade games because it's hard for adults to enjoy games when toddlers are running around like it's Chuck E. People complaining about wait times when there's literally over a hundred people in here. I waited 25 minutes in a packed house I don't see how that's long at all especially with the huge crowd, not the mention the food was amazing when it came out! I can see that the staff is working their hardest. I'm so happy a place like this exists in Merced now, it's completely unique and so nice! We sang karaoke and played so many fun arcade games.
