The French fries looked as though he got the bottom of a bag and therefore quite disappointing. Hard sticks of fries. The fish was ok. Not the best type of fish for fish and chips. I ordered the filet mignon with a Red wine glaze at medium rare. It was served medium, but still tender. Overglazed which overpowered the filet. Otherwise I couldn't taste the meat, which seemed to lack natural flavor, probably due to it being overcooked or overpowered.l. I have had it with the other sauce as well. Which I would have preferred on the side. A good filet mignon doesn't require all the sauce when cooked right. I think the chef has the skills to do this correctly. Just needs some improvement.
