I stopped in Sonora because it was sooooo hot out. The hotel suggested this bar. I'm pleased they did. It's a small setting, extensive liquor selection, limited beers on tap, but your classics in bottles. Clientele seem to be locals and they are a fun crowd. Music may be a bit too loud. read more

Stayed a night in Sonora during a motorcycle road trip. It's so nice. The bartender is very friendly and helpful. They had really good deals on few drinks when I was there (ask the bartender for the specials). It's a Very clean, nice and decent dive bar with a great atmosphere. Becca is the entire reason to check out this place. She's all that and a bag of chips as far as a bartender is concerned. Great looking, super friendly, and attentive to the needs of her customers. She makes a solid drink and the price here is reasonable. Stayed the night in Sonora just to get away. Wanted to watch the Raider game, ended up at the Office. It was a Thursday night, seemed like most of the patrons were locals. All were very friendly. We were going to have a few drinks then head out for dinner. We didn't get hungry to late and the bartender suggested ordering in. There are a few local restaurants that deliver food, she had a handful of menus and even ordered our food for us. I'm not from around here but this is the closest bar to the hotel and have had a really good experience with going here for the past week with my co workers but last night the bar tender i haven't seen before was being rude right when we walked it when she asked for our ids i was digging into my pockets and as if i was a burden taking up her time made a remake about it, not a issue. what happens next was just unprofessional. she brings our first round when i ask for the second, she got my drink wrong first sip tasting it mix with an energy drink when you ask for whiskey on the rocks easy noticeable. she got my order wrong no big deal, but when she starts to argue with me when i explained what i normally order talks over saying she knew what i ordered and I'm wrong and that's not what i ordered the first time goes to the other side of the bar being absurdly rude Telling everybody can you believe these guys and a whole bunch of crap. She give my seasoned glass that I've been drinking out of with the lime i squeezed in there to one of them. That was it. She brings me a new glass pours me my drink and as i ask for my tab she charges me for the drink anyways. I was over the situation didn't say anything a few dollars is worth not dealing with a rude bartender(if you can even call her that) signed my bill left. read more

This is an interesting little joint... Linda is a fabulous lady with a quirky staff... Angela is the go to gal...a full blown red-headed slut afficionado! She makes the best one ever. Fo Sho. While passing through town, we were looking for a quality hole-in-the-wall country style dive bar to toss back some boozes and make friendly with the townies. The Office served its purpose quite well. Certainly nothing fancy, but the bartender was very cool and poured some mean drinks. There were a lot of drunk younger folks pushin' around and being loud, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it seems to be a popular nightlife spot for the local youths. Pool and darts sweetened the deal. We enjoyed ourselves, and in the event that I find myself in Sonora again, I would return for another drink or two. read more

Maybe she had a long day, but when ordering a drink and asking our peers what they would like, it's not nice to point out that they have other customers waiting, when no one else was around and less than 10 seconds had gone by, and that's an over - estimate. This is a cool little dive. Tiffany, the bartender, makes really good stiff drinks and has a great personality. Norm, the muscle...lol, is an awesome guy and made friends with my Husband right away.
