I looked through my food before I ate, and I found a worm in my ramen, so I called them to let them know what we had Found. At first, they did not want to reimburse us. Then they said they would reimburse the one meal, which we thought was not right because after finding this I told everybody to stop eating their food and no one ate their food. Then they said they would talk to the owner, and the owner said that they would reimburse the whole meal, besides the beer, which I understand. They took our name and number down and said we would be reimbursed. This has not happened, and I'm highly disappointed. Disorganized and scattered. The real disappointment was the dinner. The Long Island Roll and the Dallas rolls were what I ordered. The Long Island roll had fish that was cooked on top. It was overcooked. I believed they intended to smoke it, but it was very well done. The Dallas roll was great until the drink garnish sized chunks or lime, complete with the rind, was discovered. It was so bitter that it made me flinch. My palate was completely overwhelmed by lime and I couldn't taste much after that. $116+ later (not including gratuity) and I was left feeling cheated. I won't be back, and neither should you.
