The waited for quite a bit for a table, but that's expected for a party of our size and when we can't make reservations - but didn't mind given our experience. It was the first nice day we've had in a while so that helped with waiting outside too. The parking lot was a bit tight but workable. The interior makes you feel like you're at the intersection of a friend's home and a classic diner. The fireplace kept us toasty and decorations added to the ambience of the restaurant. Our waitress, (and all of the staff that stopped over to say hello) were welcoming and very sweet. They were attentive and patient especially with the kids. The food was excellent - well above what you'd expect for breakfast fare. The kids enjoyed eggs/toast/bacon, pancakes and chicken fingers (which the adults sampled all and were great!). The rest of us had bacon and eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast burrito, porchetta and egg sandwich, and side of corned beef hash. We're still talking about how good everything was a few days later. The coffee was great - hot and fresh. Portions were generous and the quality was superb. Even something as simple and common as the breakfast burrito was on another level here. I had the porchetta and egg sandwich and the corned beef hash. If you're thinking of something different than the typical breakfast sandwich - definitely go for this. The pork and cheese added a familiar but new spin on a classic egg sandwich and the green goose hot sauce added the perfect amount of heat. The corned beef hash had a perfect consistency and was clearly fresh made. What's more impressive is that they recently reopened after a fire - we would've never known. Highly recommend stopping here if you can - we'll definitely be back!

I was very impressed with the service. My pet peeve is dirty dishes sitting in front of people and that did not happen! The wedding cake was delicious. They were helpful, responsive, and everything was clear and upfront. There were no surprise charges, or "gotchas". In fact they did several things beyond the scope of the contract without additional charges. More importantly, on the wedding day everything went perfectly. They gave us great advice on the set up of the tables, chairs, bar etc. They listened carefully to everything that was asked of them, made a couple of outstanding suggestions and dealt with the problems caused by strong gusts of wind at an outdoor venue with calm assurance. All of the food was incredible. The hor's d'ourves were fantastic, especially the brie and artichoke tarts, mini lobster rolls and tuna tacos. The mac and cheese in mini ramekins were also a huge hit. The dinners were equally delicious. I had the half chicken, which was served with a delicious polenta. It was absolutely amazing. Perfectly cooked, moist with a crispy skin. Other sides were served family style and were all fantastic. The dessert was also superb. Each guest received a trio of mini desserts, each of which was delightful. We had several guests with food restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free). The servers made sure the restrictions were observed, and they made it a point to bring appropriate appetizers to those guests, which was a very nice touch. All of the guests raved about the food. The service was also first class. There were so many servers handling the passed hor's d'ourves that every guest had multiple chances to try each of the offerings. Service of the dinner was equally impressive. The venue is outdoors, and it is a bit of a hike from the kitchen tent to the dining area. Despite that, the guests were served quickly, and the food came to the table still hot. Finally, their prices are quite reasonable, especially given the outstanding quality of the food and service. A very good value.

The nostalgia was real, and I was hoping the food would still taste like it used to -- and it totally delivered. We got a large Meat Mania pizza, a small buffalo chicken pizza, and 6 garlic knots. The Meat Mania was packed with all the classic meats and had a great ratio of toppings to cheese. The buffalo chicken pizza had a nice balance of spice and tang -- not overwhelming, just right. The garlic knots were more on the well-done side this time, so they were a bit chewy and harder to tear apart than usual, but they still had a rich buttery garlic flavor that paired really well with the pizza. I wouldn't say they were perfect this time, but I still enjoyed them. Everything tasted just like I remembered -- the kind of comfort food that hits different when you haven't had it in years. If they keep up this level of quality, I'll keep coming back every time I visit home.

Definitely worth the price. The free bread rolls were good, I almost wish they had more seasoning or flavor though. The fettuccine Alfredo had fresh broccoli in it and was delicious.
