The SF showroom didn't have the specific model I wanted, but Lino showed sofas with the same cushion construction and seat depth so that I could get a good feel. I also wanted two separate fabrics and Lino helped me select the pieces to get the best pricing. I was interested in a cabinet on the showroom floor, but it was discontinued. I went to the Joybird showroom in SF and had a great experience with the representative who patiently showed me various options until I decided on the best one. After going home and reflecting I called and placed the order for the couch I wanted. All of this was a great experience. When the couch was (white glove???) delivered, they dropped the pieces in my living room and half assembled it but didn't finish completely. When I called to request that someone complete the assembly, I was told that wasn't part of the service of delivery. This review relates to my experience at the store with Richard - Richard was very professional and placing our couch order with him was a smooth process. A few weeks after we placed our order, I noticed that the custom color we ordered became available as a "ready to ship" option. I emailed Richard to see if we could have the ready to ship couch sent (so we wouldn't have to wait for fabrication) and he reached out immediately to let me know he was checking in with the customer service team. Within two hours, I had a second email from him confirming that customer service would help me as well as an email from customer service offering to make the change. Lovely place and friendly people! I was there yesterday and saw a table I liked. I wasn't actually shopping for anything! I came home to measure the space.
