It's not just the workouts, but the people and the feeling of community, that I truly enjoy. I love it so much, I signed up for their teacher training workshops in Feb-Apr earlier this year. I work full-time in the tech industry, but Pilates Forever Studio has become my 2nd home. Being a part of this studio for almost 2 yrs now has benefited me both physically and mentally, and I have gained long-lasting friendships with a lot of the people here. I've done the rotating gym memberships at 24-Hr Fitness, Bay Club, Orange Theory, etc throughout my whole life, but this is the first time I've stayed committed continuously to one place. I've lost over 45 lbs, and maintained my goal weight and I'm stronger than I've ever been with muscles I never knew I had! Check out Pilates Forever Studio... it was a life changer for me!

I arrived and they asked if I had grippy socks and asked that I purchase them for safety reasons. They had plenty to choose from. The class size was very small (only 2 of us) so we got a ton of hands on attention and Grecia really made sure we were focused on the correct muscles for each exercise. The class was about 50 minutes long. I definitely would take a class from here again and would recommend to others!

My HDL cholesterol number have always been lower. It has jumped up from the thirties to 62 in the last year after I started more vigorous yoga like sculpt from Moji and Bikram from Jamie.. I'm still able to bench 315 pounds once a week because yoga works on my small muscles . All heavy weight lifters have sore shoulder joints which yoga has helped me overcome greatly . But sculpt and Bikram is not easy especially at 72 but I try my best to get through the class.

However, as I got older and started going through menopause, both my body and my doctors, family, and friends were giving me the same message that I was losing muscle, strength, and energy. Knowing myself, I was very skeptical when I first visited The Well Studio. But this place has been completely life-changing for me. It's so much more than just a clean facility with great equipment and a wide selection of classes. There is something truly special about the people here. I don't know how they found such amazing, encouraging instructors and staff. Even the other members are incredibly supportive, friendly, and fun. I felt the positive energy the moment I walked through the door, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't just a good first impression. During my 2-weeks trial, I ended up going every single day to try different classes except for two Sundays and I realized what I felt was 100% real. As soon as my trial ended, I immediately signed up for a monthly membership because I love this place so much. I've never enjoyed working out this much, and I actually look forward to going every day. My family and friends are in absolute shock hearing this come out of my mouth and honestly, so am I! I'd done reformer Pilates back in college and loved it, so I started exploring studios nearby. After trying a few in the area, I found X2O Pilates, and I was instantly hooked. They use an Xformer, which is a bit different from traditional reformers. It's like a blend between classic Pilates and Lagree-style training, and it delivers serious results. Since starting a little over a year ago, my body has completely transformed. I have visible abs for the first time since my early twenties, and I'm more toned and defined overall than I've been in years. Eventually, I convinced a few friends to come with me; though they were definitely intimidated at first. But after just one class, they were hooked too! Every instructor at X2O is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. They each bring their own unique style to class, but you truly can't go wrong with any of them. Sadly, I'm thinking seriously though of ending my $229/month unlimited membership because of the cancellation policy. If I wake up and see that later meetings have been booked for me, and I can't make a 5pm or 6pm class, I feel that if I opt out of the class by 9 or 10 or 11am for that evening, that is ample time for the next person in line (usually a wait list) to be psyched to have secured a spot. To be charged $15.00 when that happens doesn't seem equitable. They've easily filled the spot -- and they are charging a cancellation fee. Life happens, and I understand if people just don't show up. Charge them. I strongly request and encourage ownership to consider 6 hour window, instead of the current 12 hours. Went to bed last night feeling a migraine coming on. Cancelled at 9:30pm for my 9am class this morning and woke up to a $15.00 charge. Policy needs to change, or I'll have to try another venue.

I am busy working individual who needs to plans to his ahead!! For what this studio charges, the lack of reliability is unacceptable. I would not recommend joining. I will be canceling my membership asap (once I am able to get their attention)

The instructor Leslie was very kind and helpful, all the people in the class were very friendly too! The wall with the mirrors and lights is beautiful. It's very clean and everyone wipes their equipment after the workout. I really felt like I had a great workout from this class both during and after. I will come back but especially to take a class with Leslie because I liked her! The pricing is a bit expensive but that isn't unusual for Pilates reformers classes. So I will likely come in on a drop in basis. Check them out! :)

I discovered Joya Pleasanton offers a free Sunday vinyasa class and took a couple, and realized how much I missed yoga in my life. Joya Pleasanton offers a variety of modalities - vinyasa, bikram, Pilates, barre, and HIIT type classes. I take vinyasa and wish there were more j flow vinyasa classes on weekday mornings but I get it, I'm in the minority! The vinyasa instructors have all been excellent - positive, encouraging, and always thoughtful and creative in sequences. The care team is always friendly and they do a great job keeping the yoga rooms tidy and fresh. Parking at Joya Pleasanton can be tricky. It's best to check the schedule and see when classes get out before your chosen class begins. Try to arrive a couple mins after patrons leave. (Here I am, given away my parking secrets!) If that seems too complicated, get to class at least 15 mins early in case you need to circle the lot or find street parking around the block.

It's almost impossible to get into classes at the Danville location. Paying $200 for 8 classes and not being able to book even a few sessions is very disappointing. On top of that, I received multiple last-minute cancellation notifications over weekends--three times--which makes it even harder to plan. Trying to cancel my membership has been even more frustrating. I've been attempting for over a month--sent emails and made several calls. I finally managed to speak to someone once, and she mentioned she couldn't process the cancellation because the manager was on maternity leave. She said she would follow up, but I never heard back. After two weeks, I received a response saying my membership would only be paused, not canceled, due to a one-month notice policy. Also, I was once denied entry for being just 7 minutes late, which felt very rigid considering how often classes get canceled on their end. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
