I will come back but especially to take a class with Leslie because I liked her! The pricing is a bit expensive but that isn't unusual for Pilates reformers classes. I finally managed to speak to someone once, and she mentioned she couldn't process the cancellation because the manager was on maternity leave. She said she would follow up, but I never heard back. After two weeks, I received a response saying my membership would only be paused, not canceled, due to a one-month notice policy. Also, I was once denied entry for being just 7 minutes late, which felt very rigid considering how often classes get canceled on their end. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I had surgery for what my doctor described as "the worst type of meniscus tear," and even after a full year of physical therapy, I was still struggling to get back to 100%. I was frustrated and willing to try anything. After hearing several friends rave about how IMX literally fixed their knees, I decided to give their 4-month introductory pass a shot. The results have been nothing short of a miracle. In just four months, my knee has made more progress than it did in an entire year of PT. I finally feel like myself again. While Soluguard is EPA-registered to kill some household germs, it's a thyme oil-based product that doesn't provide the necessary level of infection protection against viruses like COVID or RSV in a gym setting. This inadequate hygiene, combined with the owner's indifference to member requests and dangerous habit of propping doors open, creates a serious safety concern.

The first instructor got all righteous and told us how "sad" we made her feel after she asked people to move over to make space and we didn't automatically respond, in part because some were confused about which way we should move (it was a very large class of more than 50 people.) She treated us like an annoyed mother telling her children how disappointed she was with them. I did get a good workout, but was a bit perturbed by her ungenerous feeling toward us. Give people the benefit of doubt before reprimanding them! The teacher of the other class was also off putting as she started her class by asking students what yoga meant to them. I don't think it's appropriate to quiz students about why they're in class and then subject others to their answers. Others might disagree, but I just want to practice and then get on with my day, not be tested to see that my relationship with yoga is intact. Needless to say, this studio is not for me!

I work full-time in the tech industry, but Pilates Forever Studio has become my 2nd home. Being a part of this studio for almost 2 yrs now has benefited me both physically and mentally, and I have gained long-lasting friendships with a lot of the people here. I've done the rotating gym memberships at 24-Hr Fitness, Bay Club, Orange Theory, etc throughout my whole life, but this is the first time I've stayed committed continuously to one place.
