This is the beautiful set you will find when visiting Club Pilates.
Adri P.

I registered for a trial class and enjoyed the experience. The instructor was VERY thorough in explaining pilates to a newbie such as I. I do want to join the club at some point. The cost can be challenging, but I suppose this is the case for Pilates. They do offer options, from 8 classes a month to unlimited. It's a very clean facility, seems organized. Staff is kind and welcoming. The staff keeps the pretty impeccable. The location is great, nested in a very convenient plaza in Danville. Near a pharmacy, a juice store, restaurants. If one is interested in joining a trail class I would recommend.

Long wailists

Mediocre facility, long waitlist, and lack of quality trainer. This facility only has 12 machines, but they keep accepting new customers. It is not uncommon to see a waitlist of 14. What this means is that when you pay for unlimited classes, you dont actually get unlimited classes. You end up mass signing up for all of the class times that might work for you and hope that maybe you'll get lucky and get off the waitlist. The same goes for the 8-class package. What this package gives you is 8 credits to get onto their waitlists. You wont end up using up the 8 classes that you paid for. This facility's inadequacy in equipment and their penalty fees create a double win for them and double loss for its members because: the low chances of getting into a class make people mass sign up for classes, and if they somehow get into a class but unable to go because of work/life/health, you get called "irresponsible" and get penalized. What makes it even more greedy of this facility is that they charge you a $10 penalty fee for canceling within 12 hours before class and $15 for a no-show. They charge $260/month for unlimited classes, and about about $230/month for 8 classes. But thats not the total amount you will be paying, with the random classes that you might get in but unable to go because for example, your grandkid is sick or random pain or just tiredness, you will end up paying about $30/month on top of the amount you pay. With the expensive charges for simple workout sessions, you would expect a facility that is able to accommodate all comers and flexibility of time. Also, you are required to commit to at least 3 months before canceling your membership. Most people I talked to at this facility all end up canceling their memberships at the end of 3 months.

Two of my favorites instructors here, Timberly and Valerie

The yoga room felt comfortable, very spacious and the people who come here all are quite friendly with one another. They also had wipes which I used to wipe down our blocks. I set up my mat towards the front of the room by the side wall (closet) and as I was getting ready to lay down and do some stretching I noticed a cockroach running across on my mat and luckily I had the wipes I used to wipe down my mat so I was able to smush it but ughh was so disgusted by it, and I couldn't help but think what if I hadn't seen it and I was already laying down it may have ran and brushed up next to me or got in my hair. And I wouldn't have seen it, but the fact that I did put me in a totally different headspace the rest of the night and felt unsettled by it the rest of the class. Well after class ended and the lights came on and I was getting ready to clean up and roll my mat, I AGAIN saw a bug (I don't know what kind) making its way on my mat! Very disappointing and uneasy. The class itself was great, the instructor was wonderful, it did get quite warm in there during our class which I noticed our instructor opened the door to let some air in. I did let the instructor know after that I saw cockroach in the beginning of class and it seemed like the facility was already aware of this issue, as she acknowledged that the roaches come from under the closet door, however, it didn't feel like much is being done to address it. So yogis, beware of securing a spot by the closet as these could very easily come out. With that said, I hope the studio can take additional steps to address and eliminate the presence of roaches and other bugs so members can feel comfortable and relaxed in the space, especially after what was found last night.

I even brought along my sisters for a few sessions. I tried most of the classes and particularly liked Yoga Sculpt and CorePower Yoga 2. They were challenging and a fun way to move your body (and sweat like never before!!). The instructors were great--I especially enjoyed Hannah W's class. I also really appreciate that the facilities (the two studios and women's changing room) are well taken care of and clean. Parking is also plentiful at Blackhawk Plaza, which is always nice. Definitely considering signing up for a longer membership and would definitely recommend this location for anyone who's been curious about CorePower!

She's always able to bring me to that state of feeling grounded and very relaxed after each class, a yoga high. LOL It was exactly what I needed physically and mentally. Communication is also wonderful with Carolyn, she touch bases regularly to see if there is something specific I like to work on and she'll adjust accordingly or sometimes just checking in to see where my headspace is at :) Multiple options for classes. Try it, you will not be sorry. Again, another devotee for years, but good things take time. So try it and don't give up. Try it again.

In about a little over a month's time, not only have the headaches lessened by 80% but I feel much stronger than before. I have taken yoga classes with different teachers many times before however I have never experienced yoga classes like the one that Priya takes. She is an incredible teacher and I really look forward to her classes.  Priya is very authentic, trusting and extremely pure at heart and this shows in how she cares for her students overall health & wellness.  She has a deep understanding of anatomy and explains each yoga pose which has allowed me to understand my body better. She challenges me in a gentle way to do better each day with the result that I have gained lot of confidence in my practice.  Each session is fun & is a blend of relaxation techniques, pranayama, yoga, assisted stretches and strength exercises.  What I really like about her overall program is that she focuses on the overall health of her students - For example in my case, apart from the focus of healing migraines, she introduced postpartum yoga exercises for helping me recover faster, assisted stretches( because she is so attentive to how her students do the yoga poses that she is able to make out which body part muscle need more flexibility), customized deep breathing & meditation techniques. I feel stronger, more flexible and much calmer than before! Thankyou Priya for making such a huge difference in my life - you have instilled the importance of yoga life long in me!!

5/5 stars First and…read moreforemost, Meera has completely revolutionized the way I see and practice yoga in many more ways than one! I first started working with Meera almost 2 years ago (I have been practicing for about 10 years now) when she started offering weekly virtual classes during the beginning of the pandemic. This immediately helped me with my mental health using her unique flows, sometimes it almost felt like dancing, to calm my mind as the stress of my tech job began seeping into my personal life. Fast forward 6 months and I was so happy to join her studio sessions and workshops in person at Yoga Garden where she went deeper into both the physical (offering outstanding adjustments) and mental (through breath work, meditation, and even chanting!) aspects which continued to help improve my overall wellbeing and even got me through some of the most stressful points of my career to date. Fast forward again to today and I'm so excited to have joined her new private 1-1 in-person offering. She has built numerous highly personalized routines and she not only teaches me when we are together but has helped me to build a sustainable self-practice that I use daily. The practice includes a combination of asanas (typical movement poses and flows), pranayama (breath work which has improved both my lung capacity as well as calming the constant chatter in my mind), and chanting (something I had never previously considered and which has allowed me to build more focus into my daily life). Meera offers a style of yoga that I have yet to find anywhere else where she conducts a truly holistic practice rather than the traditional, fitness-forward, style which is exactly what I have needed to enjoy a well-rounded lifestyle. I would encourage anyone looking to experience yoga that goes all the way back to its holistic roots to give Meera's sessions a try. Her sessions and style have flipped standard studio yoga on its ear to the point where it has become a major part of my life and has given me a completely new outlook on how I approach my health and wellness and is something I will absolutely carry on for the rest of my life! 10/10 I would recommend Meera to all ages, demographics, and lifestyles!

For two years, I dealt with back issues so severe that I had to wear a back brace for six hours a day. I also tried intense workouts like boot camps and P2P, hoping that strengthening my core and building muscle would help relieve the pain--but nothing worked. That all changed when I started Pilates. Now, six months later, I can hardly believe how far I've come. I haven't needed a back brace since the first week of Pilates. I'm sharing this because I wish I found someone like Casey sooner…read more I've had two sessions so far, and both were deeply personalized and exactly what I needed. In the first session, we revisited childhood memories and worked on rewriting the emotional experience I carried as a child, especially not being able to understand why my parents were busy and working (even though they were doing their best with what they knew). We ended with a chakra rebalancing meditation that helped my nervous system settle in a way I didn't expect. The second session focused on my recent grief and the patterns it has been triggering in my relationships. Casey guided me through an imagery meditation where I practiced giving myself the love, safety, and security I've been trying to find externally, and leaving the pain in the past where it belongs. It felt like emotional closure, but also like learning a new way to care for myself. Casey truly feels like a walking hug. She's present, loving, grounded, and radiant. I felt held the entire time, and I left feeling more supported than I've ever felt in a romantic relationship. The biggest gift is that she's helping me learn to provide that same compassion and safety to myself, and heal my codependency from the inside out. She has been one of the most profound people the universe has placed on my healing path. If you're considering working with her, I can't recommend her enough

Casey's studio is incredibly comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, which created a calming and welcoming environment from the moment we walked in. I truly appreciated how kind and warm both Casey and her daughter were toward us. Their energy made us feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable to just be ourselves.
