How much does it cost to join? Any membership fees?

Hi. They have 4 membership options depending on your needs. I pay $279 for the passport membership which is the most expensive (because I travel for work and go to the bay area locations) but I believe the lowest one is around $100.I saw on their…

I joined yoga because I needed an outlet for my anxiety and burnout from work. I feel more flexible and for the first time ever, have been able to touch my toes (a small but important success for me). All the instructors are great, especially Satya and Varsha. I absolutely love the fact that they take the time and explain why the poses are done in each way, the importance of it and what part of the body we're working on. I've always been hesitant about starting yoga because I have been very conscious about my lack of flexibility and unable to hold certain poses. But at YogaSukhum, it's never about the ability to hold a pose, it's where your body is that day and going into the pose correctly and safely. Using yoga props, not forcing poses and listening to my body, has allowed me to improve on my flexibility, feel stronger and have been able to hold and do poses that I never thought I would be able to. The instructors are very personable, will address specific limitations and will provide any modifications needed to feel comfortable and confident. I truly appreciate that they push us to go further, but never make us uncomfortable. I have also attended a sound bathe and an inversion training class. It was my first time experiencing a sound bathe and it was very different and beautiful experience. I was very nervous trying the inversion class, but I wanted to go outside my comfort zone and try something different. The class was a lot of fun and the way they slowly approached inversions really helped me feel safe and comfortable trying it. We used an inversion trainer and it was honestly a lot of fun. They have classes multiple times a day - daily and have an option of joining online. Even online, the instructors will give each yogi attention, encouragement and feedback. The classes are 75 min long, but the time goes by so fast. Classes are easy to join via using their app and they have great membership options. They are also very mindful of COVID regulations and everyone who attends must be vaccinated. I am so glad my husband googled a yoga studio near us and found this amazing place for me. After trialing it for 15 days, I signed up for a 6 month commitment without any hesitation. The most important aspect I respect about coming here is the emphasis of mind, body and breath. I am very grateful for this yoga studio and the instructors.

Yogasukham has been a true blessing…read more I was searching for a studio that focused on mindful breathing and proper technique--not just poses--and this place has deeply enriched my practice. Satya, Varsha, and all the teachers create such a warm, intentional space. From the opening prayers to the thoughtful flows and peaceful closing meditation, every class leaves me centered and grateful. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and making yoga feel so meaningful.

After so many deep tissue massages that left me with days of recovery, it is a tremendous boon to get work from someone that knows how to move stuff around without the 'grind'. She has also given me many good exercises to work on problem areas. There is no modality she won't explore. She has a great talent for intuiting what needs work and makes this easy with pleasant conversation and clear feedback on what is going on.
