From day one, Mrs.G and the staff have shown incredible patience, dedication, and care. The individualized attention she receives helps a lot. She truly enjoys going to Kumon and looks forward to her sessions and homework, which says a lot about the positive and supportive environment they've created. We've seen great progress so far, and more importantly, she's developed a sense for schedule and consistency. We highly recommend this Kumon center to any family looking to support and strengthen their child's educational journey.

When my daughter graduated from the private preschool, she could barely read very simple books like Tiger Daniel, that was when we enrolled her into the reading program. And only after a few months without learning much from the K yet, she can already read those books designed for K or even Grade 1, I feel so happy for her, and am seriously considering to enroll her in math program soon later this year. Of course, that being that, there is always some effort the parents have to put in, like I had to sit with my daughter everyday for 30mins during the very first few weeks to help her understand what she needs to do :P

You can learn that from youtube videos. Also, it's hard to get in touch with our college consultant, Mr. Wei. Every communication (phone call, text chats) had to go through his secretary. Very time consuming. They also tried to sell you more services in some meetings. The essay review was helpful but that's it. Unless you really don't know anything about college admission, you should look somewhere else.

Teacher actually has good reputation because my daughter said she has some classmates come from Stockton! She got a 2380 in the real test (her diagnostic test was only 1940, after the test, her general counselor analyzed what were her weaknesses so she could really work on those parts). Class management was satisfying, teacher assistant reported to us how well she was doing, so we could keep tracking her progress. Later, we had a counseling meeting with their counselor and agreed that extracurricular was important but also her weakness since we didn't know much about how and what to do was good for her. Then we joined IvyMax's counseling program. I have to say, this one year so far, overall is good, even though not all the time being extremely satisfying, they have been adjusting and coordinating, willing to listen and communicate. My daughter now enjoys participating in their students actives. They have provided many volunteering opportunities and encouraged my daughter to try and challenge. I have seen how my daughter have changed!

At the time, my daughter was in first grade and my son was just starting preschool. We had a wonderful experience there. Today, I especially want to share something meaningful. When COVID hit, I brought my children home in 2021, and we have not returned to YangFan since then because I have been working from home and have been able to care for them myself. We still had a couple thousand dollars remaining in our account. Recently, I thought of YangFan again, and I was amazed to learn that YangFan still allowed me to use those funds after six years. That was truly wonderful and far beyond my expectations. Thank you so much, YangFan

He is the heart of the operation--bringing in families, keeping everything organized, and somehow managing countless texts, communications, and every child's details with ease. It's impressive how seamlessly he runs things for the entire school. If you're considering joining YF, it should be because of Dominic. He is trustworthy, attentive, and makes sure every child has a safe and welcoming space from onboarding through learning.
