All the mental health treatment I was going through just wasn't enough. I learned by working with Ajinder the significance of gut health, daily hydration, exercise, meditation, sleep hygiene and even cycle syncing. Before working with her, I would have prided myself in most of those aspects and my knowledge of them, but she helped me put the pieces together to help them make sense and actually work together.
