Before the session, they take the time to talk with you in such a calm and thoughtful way -- asking about your health, past experience, how you're feeling, and your goals. And it never feels like a formality -- you can tell they truly want to understand you. I really appreciated how they match you with the right class. It never feels like you're just placed wherever there's availability. Instead, they recommend what actually fits you best -- so you feel comfortable, safe, and supported. The sessions themselves are both professional and gentle. The instructors are always attentive -- they carefully watch your form, make small adjustments, guide you, and support you throughout. And they do it in such a kind, respectful way that you feel encouraged, not pressured. One of my favorite things is the small group size. It creates this almost private-session feeling. You're seen, you're heard, and you get real attention -- which is so rare and so valuable. The atmosphere in the studio is incredibly warm and calming. It feels like a place where you can slow down, take a breath, and just be taken care of for a little while. For me, it's become more than just a workout -- it's truly a little time for myself. After each session, I leave not only feeling good physically, but also with this sense of inner calm. And every time I think -- I'm so glad I found this place. If you're looking for a studio with genuine care, professionalism, and a truly thoughtful approach -- I wholeheartedly recommend it

It's not just the workouts, but the people and the feeling of community, that I truly enjoy. I love it so much, I signed up for their teacher training workshops in Feb-Apr earlier this year. I work full-time in the tech industry, but Pilates Forever Studio has become my 2nd home. Being a part of this studio for almost 2 yrs now has benefited me both physically and mentally, and I have gained long-lasting friendships with a lot of the people here. I've done the rotating gym memberships at 24-Hr Fitness, Bay Club, Orange Theory, etc throughout my whole life, but this is the first time I've stayed committed continuously to one place. I've lost over 45 lbs, and maintained my goal weight and I'm stronger than I've ever been with muscles I never knew I had! Check out Pilates Forever Studio... it was a life changer for me!

I'm still able to bench 315 pounds once a week because yoga works on my small muscles . All heavy weight lifters have sore shoulder joints which yoga has helped me overcome greatly . But sculpt and Bikram is not easy especially at 72 but I try my best to get through the class.

However, as I got older and started going through menopause, both my body and my doctors, family, and friends were giving me the same message that I was losing muscle, strength, and energy. Knowing myself, I was very skeptical when I first visited The Well Studio. But this place has been completely life-changing for me. It's so much more than just a clean facility with great equipment and a wide selection of classes. There is something truly special about the people here. I don't know how they found such amazing, encouraging instructors and staff. Even the other members are incredibly supportive, friendly, and fun. I felt the positive energy the moment I walked through the door, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't just a good first impression. During my 2-weeks trial, I ended up going every single day to try different classes except for two Sundays and I realized what I felt was 100% real. As soon as my trial ended, I immediately signed up for a monthly membership because I love this place so much. I've never enjoyed working out this much, and I actually look forward to going every day. My family and friends are in absolute shock hearing this come out of my mouth and honestly, so am I! If you're like me and need extra motivation, positive energy, and a genuinely welcoming community, this is the place for you. I couldn't recommend it more!

I'd done reformer Pilates back in college and loved it, so I started exploring studios nearby. After trying a few in the area, I found X2O Pilates, and I was instantly hooked. They use an Xformer, which is a bit different from traditional reformers. It's like a blend between classic Pilates and Lagree-style training, and it delivers serious results. Since starting a little over a year ago, my body has completely transformed. I have visible abs for the first time since my early twenties, and I'm more toned and defined overall than I've been in years. Eventually, I convinced a few friends to come with me; though they were definitely intimidated at first. But after just one class, they were hooked too! Every instructor at X2O is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. They each bring their own unique style to class, but you truly can't go wrong with any of them. If you've been thinking about trying Pilates, this is your sign... go try X2O. You're going to love it!

Despite my initial enthusiasm for this establishment, I unfortunately sustained an injury unrelated to club Pilates or this location, which prevented me from continuing my membership. Consequently, my account was frozen due to the injury, and I was not given the option to cancel it directly. However, I was subsequently charged again without a prior curtesy notice. I have all my medical records to substantiate my injuries, but I have yet to receive a courtesy call back from this location. My account was charged four months without my knowledge, and I have sent numerous emails attempting to resolve the issue and collect a refund for services I did not receive. Instead, I have been met with blatant disregard, which is deeply concerning. Out of the 80 classes I was unaware of, I attended three and did not receive any service for the rest of the charges. This situation is a significant loss for me, and the fact that I am being ignored is particularly disappointing. It is evident that this company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against choosing the Pleasanton location for club Pilates. I have friends and family who use other locations and have had no issues obtaining same day responses and refunds, even though their situations were not medically related. I have concrete proof of my inability to attend classes and have yet to receive any response.

Overall, I'm disappointed with how inconsistent the studio has become and would hesitate to recommend this location.
