We started with April Lane when she cleaned on her own. We continued as she developed her business, and we've been with her for well over 30 years now. That should tell you everything. She has consistently assigned us incredibly competent cleaners who have stayed with us for several months to several years. Currently Alex is cleaning for us, both for the full house cleaning and the assistance with chores every week. She is exceptional, and I can't say enough about how much she's made our life easier. Besides her competence, she is a true pleasure to work with. What more can I say? Some services may be cheaper; however, we feel good about the high level of expertise and the fact that they vet new cleaners very carefully.

The cleaners were very punctual, showed up on time, and very thorough with the cleaning. It was nice because they were also able to shampoo my carpets using a professional shampooer. They used ladders to get to high places and steamers to clean everything as well, cleaned the windows, I was very impressed. I had to leave to go to an appointment but they sent me photos when they were done. I think they must've worked at least 10 or 11 hours... And the total was $1395 before tip. It was going to be around $975 without the shampoo. I think that is such a fair price for all the work they did. Overall I definitely recommend these cleaners if you need to do a move out or house sale clean. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks!

I hired them for a deep clean and it was incredible! My oven and stovetop looked brand new (I cook almost all meals and snacks from home, can things and make bread bi weekly so you can imagine how it looked before they arrived ). If finances allow, I fully intend to have a deep clean a couple times a year! They did such an amazing job lifting the overwhelm! It just felt like a reset on the house and the air just felt different! I also appreciated that their supplies did not smell super strong or linger after they left! I've tried a few other companies and they are the first I would completely be happy to have again! Price was very good for the value!

Organizing is a separate appointment, and they offer that service, too. They did the floors, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, changed the sheets on my bed, vacuumed the cat hair off the couch, deep cleaned the stove top, and when they organized any clutter, they showed me where everything is. They even cleaned my fridge! (which is an add-on if they have time). I really needed the help. I've been in a wheelchair for about six weeks and my housekeeping had all just gone downhill. My husband works full time and has been taking care of me, but cleaning up more than the bare minimum has just been too much for either of us. Thankfully, our dear friend suggested getting a cleaning service, and recommended Spazi Puliti! They were kind an compassionate throughout. I was embarrassed about the state of my house, and they were very kind and not at all judgmental. 5/5 will use again!

Did not clean the floors + poor accountability and communication…read more I hired this company through my property manager, and I acknowledge that adding a 3rd party impacts communication. I live out-of-state and hired this company to do a deep clean prior to selling my house. It had already been cleaned- but I was looking for a really thorough job so my home would look nice for potential buyers. I was disappointed to hear from the person I hired to oversee the home sale that the kitchen and dining floors were filthy and sticky to walk across. He was the last person to in the house before the cleaners came and the first one in after they had left. This was one day before the house went on the market, and I couldn't find any cleaners available day-of. My sister finally agreed to drive down and mop it- she FaceTimed me to show me how dirty it was. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen. I'm writing this review because when I asked for a discount due to missing the floors, the person who responded was rude and intractable. She put the burden of proof on me, without being willing to check on their end, and suggested that other contractors had made the floor dirty. I understand that this is their policy. But the fact is that this was the biggest financial move of my life, and my floor was filthy the day before the home sale- after paying them $245 to clean it. She also informed me it was my responsibility to contact them if something was missed. But with so much on the line and a day before the sale, I wasn't going to hire the company who did a bad job. I worked with a lot of companies to put my house on the market- this one was one of the more disappointing.
