Olga at checkout was lovely and helpful. All the employees in the store were friendly and stocking shelves etc. but when I had a question and needed to get a handbag unlocked someone was there almost immediately. Also, the woman monitoring the fitting room was nearby working on some shelves but when I walked up she popped right over to get me a number so I could try on my clothes. again, she wasn't just standing around. I spoke to the manager for a minute and I could tell that she is excited about improvements at the store and trying to make it the it the best it can be. Happy to shop there!

Megan was busy restocking when I spoke with her and she put down what she was doing and helped my mother and I for a good 20 minutes. Megan pulled out various styles and sizes and asked questions to help us find what my mother needed. My mother had a stroke several years ago so with limited mobility and eyesight, it is not easy to shop for clothes. Megan was polite, patient and proactive in anticipating what we were trying achieve and to do it in a timely manner. After selecting three very comfortable and fashionable shorts, we move on to the checkout where Natalie was super helpful in getting me signed up for a Marshall's card and swiftly through the process. When I spoke with Megan and Natalie's manager Nani, to tell her about their kind service, I could see they were led by someone who models good customer service as she was very nice as well. Marshall's has always been a favorite of my mother's due to the value and prices. Today they get excellent marks for customer service!

Sara(h), who I believe is the store manager, is super helpful and kind! She is so nice and not the annoying kind of nice you find in people that just want to make a sale. She is rude, unprofessional and just short of calling me a liar. She stated the store never puts orders back without a phone call. I don't even receive emails telling me my orders are in, let alone a phone call. When I call the store I have to call at least 12-15 times just to get one of them to answer the phone. It is usually the manager that is beyond rude to me. I do not know how she keeps her position being employeed at Torrid. I've caught her in multiple lies. Her employees have agreed with me she is a very unprofessional individual.

I had an outstanding experience at the Dick's Sporting Goods in Victor, NY!…read more I stopped in needing a pair of golf pants for that evening and ended up receiving some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered help. Samantha went above and beyond, walking around the store with me looking for tropical shirts, even taking a sweater off a mannequin when we couldn't find another one in my size! When we moved to the golf department, she introduced me to Jason, who helped me find the perfect pair of CALIA golf pants in the right size. What impressed me most was the teamwork. Jason even brought Samantha back over to give me a woman's opinion on the fit before I made my decision. When the sweater didn't have a price tag, he quickly looked it up and checked me out himself. It's refreshing to shop somewhere where employees genuinely enjoy helping customers. Samantha and Jason made my shopping trip easy, fun, and successful. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this store!

Absolutely amazing service! My sister sent me an Edible Arrangements gift for VALentine's day…read more Since we live in different cities, ordering perishable gifts can be risky. I wasn't home yet when Edible Arrangements originally tried to deliver the gift. When I spoke to the gentleman making the delivery, I mentioned that I was okay with him leaving it at my doorstep. He shared his concern that the wind would damage the product, which I appreciated and hadn't even considered. We tried to determine another delivery or pickup time, but in the end, he kindly offered to turn around to meet me since I was almost home. I'm very appreciative of this as I've run into similar dilemmas with other Edible Arrangement stores and they weren't nearly as accommodating. In addition to that, the fruit was obviously very Fresh and well-dipped in chocolate! I've had other Edible Arrangements gifts delivered from other stores and you can tell when the fruit was dipped awhile ago because the fruit juices will be inside the chocolate. Now I know if I ever need an Edible Arrangements gift, I will definitely get it from the Webster location! Thank you!
