The owner was at the shop when I stopped in and she is super nice, and she shared that they will update items seasonally. I went to the shelf and showed him the other 2 items with the same pricing. He consulted with his coworker and decided to call the store manager. Usually when there is a price difference and you find others with the same price, they honor the marked price. It was an unpleasant experience and probably need to revamp their policies to honor prices that are marked, especially if there are others with the same markdown price!
