First time here and came with my mom who has been suffering with a bunion and hammertoe on her right foot. She has been struggling with pain and finding good shoes and was recommended by her doctor to come here. Heather was the employee working the day we came and she was absolutely wonderful! I personally don't own any shoes from this store (yet) but would highly recommend coming in here and talking with the staff. Heather has an extensive knowledge in orthopedics and can answer just about any question you may have about your feet. She's thorough and takes her to assess your feet and you can learn so much just chatting with her! Since the store is considered Medical, you have 7 days to return if you're not satisfied and "insurance is only covered if you're diabetic." They also accept HSA cards which is great! I'm really glad I found this place and will definitely plan to come back. read more

We came into the store and tried on some shoes that were on a Christmas sale, not from the discount table. We ended up liking the shoes and purchasing them and he told us the total and then put the receipt into the box. It wasn't until we got home that we noticed that the receipt stated that they were a final sale item and couldn't be returned. In all integrity, it would've been nice if he had warned us that they were a final sale item beforehand. Integrity is important to us and we feel that it wasn't shown to us. read more

Very bad service. make incorrect measurements of shoes. Lie to customers. talk rudely not professional. I am bilingual, & I felt strong discrimination during my visit. Heather kept telling me that she's knows what she's doing, when she clearly doesn't. My doctor gave a specific prescription, & Heather disregarded all of that. She also was caught lying to my face on multiple occasions. I wouldn't go back here ever. & I strongly advise, that if you don't speak "perfect" English, you will be discriminated against & possibly discouraged from shopping here. read more

When I first walked in, I wasn't sure what to expect. I had heard stories from friends about paying hundreds of dollars from other shoe and foot care stores...and still dealing with foot pain. Maureen and Ralph put my mind at ease with their professional and friendly demeanor. There was NO hard sell here. Time was taken to properly fit me with a pair of comfortable shoes. The style I wanted had to be ordered. When I returned to pick them up, I was taken care of by Heather. Also friendly and professional! I wanted to share how much customers/clients mean to Heather, we were leaving on a Wed. very early and I had forgotten to get my sons inserts for his new shoes and mine. I knew he would not know what to get and he would be in a hurry after school. I called Heather explained what I needed and she got it all ready for my teenager to pay for and pick up in minutes! She was so kind to my (Giant 6' 4" Italian teenager) I have also brought my favorite shoes in that have become "loose" as I have lost weight fearing that I would need to buy new shoes and guess what HEATHER TO THE RESCUE!! She was able to put some shoe pads in that I don't ever feel and I have my shoes back saving me $$$. Just today I called the store because I seem to have hurt my ankle I asked her if she had any ideas? Of course she told me she is not a doctor but gave me a few things to try over the long weekend until I am able to get into the doctor. I would highly think twice about buying anything from this store!!! I bought pair of sandals with an orthotic arch support built in. Paid a decent price of around $120.00. Over the winter they sat in the closet, went on vacation and found that the strap which runs across the back of the ankle and attaches to the shoe with Velcro, the Velcro piece was attached with double sided tape!!! When all other Velcro areas were stitched into the leather! The sandals were only worn for about 3 months!! So I went over to the store, and the girls response was, " I have never seen anything like that!" She also stated that they don't even carry that brand anymore! So I asked her what if the store would fix the problem? She said they don't do that and offered me the phone number to the sandal company. Why? So I can run around to shipping companies and deal with the company on my own???? I don't think so!!! I believe that if you sell a product, you stand behind it!!! This store DOES NOT!!! Heather was an absolute gem and got me into orthotics, shoes and house shoes for 1/6 the price of what another orthotics chain (rhymes with "Hood Beet") to charge for their absurd 3 part system of only orthotics." Found the store quite by accident. The Staff is Great. They are knowledgeable, caring and thorough. The best place EVER for diabetic footwear. They have a program where my husband qualified for a free pair of shoes and 3 pairs of inserts. We ended up buying a second pair of shoes, His feet don't hurt and he is walking almost normal now. Due to diabetes he had a surgery and they cut bones off in the bottom of his foot, so he had been suffering with the pain from that, and also the pain that was being caused by using his hip improperly when walking, it was throwing his entire stride and posture off. We had been referred elsewhere and THAT wasn't a good experience at all. But the gals at Foot Solutions are amazing and I can't RAVE enough about how much better things are for my hubby. read more

Anyone should go here and get shoes! Go in and ask for Heather. She's great and knows what she's doing. She didn't rush me and spent lots of time with me and also is great with kids as well. If you have foot pain take the time and go in. I love that I can go back and have my shoes readjusted at anytime for no extra cost. As well if your shoes are still in great shape and the inserts are bad from wear they can just order you a new pair of inserts and not have to through away your shoes! I saw the other reviews on here and I can't see how that one customer was so upset after I had such great service. You can't always make everyone happy that walks through your door. They seemed to know what they are talking about, but I was talked in to buying a very expensive $230 pair of shoes that hurt my feet. I brought them back after wearing them at work for no more than 2 hours. I told the sales person that I didn't want a pair of shoes that had to be stretched to fit. But was talked into was talked into keeping them. I tried to wear them a couple more times, which now made them non-returnable. I was not EVER given the option of store credit for another pair even after only having them on my feet for only 2 hours. They kept them for 1 week to stretch, but still too tight. Again I took them back, they had the shoes for an additional 3 weeks trying to stretch them. I never received a call to tell me that they were ready. Now they look all stretched out and are still too tight. I am so upset and very sad that I wasted so much money. I won't be shopping there again. Foot NON-Solutions! read more

I have had back isuess most of my adult life and after coming into the store and getting wonderful service from Heather I walked out with a great pair of wlaking shoes and work shoes that helped me change my life. I have been coming to Foot Solutions for a few yrs now and every time I am so amazed. I tend to be on the more reserved side and some of the shoes aren't really what I want. Every time one of the ladies suggests a shoe I always think NO and every time I end up loving them! I have confidence in them that they know what I need even if I don't! I was in this last weekend and happened to mention that I was bummed as a pair of shoes I had for a while now was feeling to big as I had lost a significant amount of weight. The shop is small, and even with three people waiting on customers, I had to wait quite a while; however, I appreciated the careful attention I got from the owner when it was finally my turn, so I didn't mind the wait. I purchased my shoes from foot solution in Nov 2015. I had to special order them because I needed a wide. I had to pre pay 130.00 for the shoes which was no problem. The sales lady placed the order and when I was notified they were ready for pick up they had gotten a med width instead of what I ordered. I was assured they would stretch out as I wore them and to wear them for a couple weeks. So I did. . I contacted them within the second week and told them they did not stretch out and the lady said she could try to stretch them. It didn't work. I called back and wanted to exchange them for a wide as I ordered and was told they couldn't because it was past the 7day exchange policy. I said I wanted to talk to the owner and after leaving several messages I still have not been contacted to try to resolve this matter. I am a single mother and certainly cannot afford to spend that kind of money on a pair of shoes that I cannot wear and is just sitting in the closet. I would not recommend this store. read more
