Friendly staff, super speedy exchange. Parking is always tricky but worth the visit since they had exactly what I needed.

I called the store and the young man who answered was very polite and informative. He stated they had the cards and I as welcomed to purchase one. For me the Center Valley NB store is just fine!

My biggest beef is that they are supposed to be a full service shop. NB prides themselves in having independently operated stores that can fit & service their clientele. This store cannot. I told the young man who helped me what problems I was having, and all he could tell me was that they carried stability shoes and that the tags would tell me which ones they were. No advice on which ones might be better for me. I tried some on and mentioned some problems I felt they had and asked if he could recommend something with a larger toebox or a smaller heel cup, and he had no clue. And no one else in the store seemed to know either. I found a pair that I pseudo liked, and the guy promised me that they would break in to fit better than they do now (even though the guy at Aardvark told me that if it's not comfortable out of the store, you shouldn't bring it home), so I brought them home. He said I could wear them around the house and they'd still take them back as long as they were in unworn condition and it was within 14 days. I jumped on their website really quick to check out the stability statistics on the shoe and saw that the store was selling them for $10 over MSRP. That made no sense to me. And they were having a sale on them on their website. I called the 1-800 number and the NB person said that since their stores are independently owned and operated, they can set their prices however they'd like. I just can't believe that they sell shoes for more than MSRP. Anyways, I wasn't happy with the stats I saw on their website on that shoe, so they are in the box ready to go back. I went to Aardvark in Bethlehem and got great service (and a great pair of shoes). Aardvark does carry some NB, but mostly other brands. It's really too bad. I may have just returned these and gotten a new pair at the NB store, if only they could deliver on their service & fit promise. My husband bought a pair here a few months ago. He experienced pretty similar service issues, but since he has perfect feet, he can basically buy whatever he likes. So if you know what you want, perhaps this isn't a bad place to shop.
