When I came in to inquire about it and his hours the shopkeeper whom I'll assume is Gordon was very pleasant. I actually came back later to buy the apparel and he maintained the chill attitude and friendliness as before. The shop is a nice size with clothes, surfboards, skateboards and accessories for all those products. Surfboards and I assume skateboards can be repaired here which is cool. The shop itself seems to fit in well as its a beach town and just seems like a nice spot to come for the above mentioned needs or drop in to chat about those above things with the owner.

It only took about 20-30 minutes to select the parts and build, and it ended up being an experience for our son as opposed to just picking out a gift. The shop is organized with board options, but also clothing, accessories, shoes, etc and cool artwork. The highlight though was Mike - he was kind, helpful, spoke directly to our son through the process, and answered all of our silly questions. The shop offers lessons. There are a lot of fishing specialty items, such as lures or special hooks, that you just can't find at other locations. The prices seemed reasonable. The staff are also all naturally fisherman and can speak to the different fishing holes you can find nearby. I got my fishing license through them and had a good chat about their personal experiences. Everyone there was very nice and you can tell it's a cool small business. The store itself is in an area next to the 7-Eleven with a small parking lot, so if you're driving by, you may miss it. Just use the 7-Eleven as your reference. Considering these boards, are well over $1,000 we got a good deal on the SUP and the Werner paddle was included in the price. These paddles alone are close to $100. The thing I really noticed during our visits is just how friendly, nice and professional the staff has been. They take the time to talk to you, ask you about your needs, and direct you to potential options. The staff we encountered also SUP, so that always leads to a multitude of conversations. Good places to SUP, bad places, types of different boards, etc, etc. Although, they have some great water wear, the clothing options are on the pricier side. Terrible customer service. I paid for a sweatshirt and never received it. I would give a zero star…read moreif possible. On 12/22/19 I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas. After completing my order an automated response was generated advising me that I would get an email when the I item was ready to ship with a tracking number. I had the item sent to my office to make sure it was left with a person not on my porch. I never received a tracking code. On 1/7/20 I had not received the shirt so I emailed the shop and got the following reply on 1/8/20: "That shipped on the 23rd of Dec. The tracking said it arrived on the 30th. Once it landed I got rid of the postal receipt which had the tracking. im heading over the bridge in the a.m. to the main postal office and see if they can help locate it by date. I'll let you know". I never received the shirt. After the above message none off my emails were responded to. I tried calling but never got a person to answer. I asked about a tracking number or a refund or having another shirt sent and received no answer. Really unimpressed with this shop.
