Rob was super nice and took a look at it right away and spent 10 minutes making adjustments and it was back in action (pun intended). I asked Rob if he would also restring the guitar and he did that while I waited. I was bracing to be charged and had a number in mind and Rob charged me half of what I was guessing the charge would be. This was an excellent experience and I will definitely go back and also recommend this place to all my rock star friends... I wasn't sure…read morewhat to expect given I have zero knowledge of skateboarding, so I was blown away with the experience - Mike, who I later found out was also the owner, patiently educated all of us and helped our son build a skateboard! It only took about 20-30 minutes to select the parts and build, and it ended up being an experience for our son as opposed to just picking out a gift. The shop is organized with board options, but also clothing, accessories, shoes, etc and cool artwork. The highlight though was Mike - he was kind, helpful, spoke directly to our son through the process, and answered all of our silly questions. The shop offers lessons. And we felt the pricing to be very fair.

He needed a set of new bearings as one of his wheels was grinding. 3 Way Street was recommended, so we headed over there. The place is very close ti the intersection of Eagle & Darby roads, across from Grace Chapel. With its bright green sign, it's very easy to find. We parked in a metered lot - 25 cents for 30 minutes - and walked the 1/4 block to the shop. Inside it's filled with a nice selection of everything a skateboarder needs from boards to wheels. Super nice and friendly guy had the bearings, and also lubricated his existing set so they rolled freely again. They had gotten wet and one had rusted. We bought an extra set of bearings for future use. Great little store, we'll be back.
