After 5 months in class, she hadn't learned anything new, so I taught her how to do a cartwheel in our living room in 15 mins. That's when I knew I had to do better by my daughter. The younger program is GREAT if you just want to wear your child down, but my girl was very disappointed she wasn't learning anything. We love the kids night outs and camps, but as far as actual gymnastics for 4-5 yr olds, meh.

INSTRUCTORS: they don't seem very engaging with the kids. I see them sitting around and just telling the kids what to do from far away a lot. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I never had to deal with such a horrible customer service experience. They don't care about the kids or the family experience, they only want your money. The first week we took my son to their trail class, it turned out to be all girls. The owner suggested he try the boys class the week after so I agree. Paid the invoice sent to me, which included registration fee, and two months of tuition (first and last month). I didn't think too much into it as I never had issues or worry about dealing with stuffs like this before. Unfortunately, my son did not like the boys class and we asked to drop out of the class right away. I was willing to pay for the registration and the fee for the class... but it's a hard no refund policy whatsoever. Know what you get yourself into before committing into a contract with this gym. Now we're stuck for two months.

She dances all the time in the living room and I figured this would be right up her alley. First class started on a Friday and my little one was not pleased at all. She was the exact opposite, humiliated, embarassed more like it, and was in class with other that have been there for 2+ yrs. She did not make it through the rest of the class without crying. The instructor and the receptionist were taken back a little on how upset she was. Needless to say, she did not want to go back. I called and ask if I could be refunded the $97 and was told 'No'. She made it clear that never in the years of the business being open have they had a child in tears like that. So then why cannot we not be refunded anything. Okay, I get the $35 registration fee, but I paid in advance an additional $75 to bring my child to a class that makes her cry. I don't think so. I'm not sure if these people actually have children as they suggested I take her to another one of their classes...Oh I want to mention that they advised me only AFTER I paid that they have a free initial class coupon, but it's not on their website, they don't promote it, so it's a hit or miss. I asked nicely to be refunded at least the classes she won't be taking and was told it's not their policy. So their policy is to take your money first, and if it's just not your childs thing then screw you. Not a good way to do business in my opinion.

The owner is more concerned about making money instead of caring about your child's wellbeing. There was an instance at an event where the kids were performing and one of the kids went missing. Instead of owning up to it and learning from it, the owner just made excuses. When you sign up for competition dance, the owner stressed unity and teamwork. But when it came down to competition time, she splits up the group if she doesn't think the kids aren't ready. How does that promote unity and teamwork? Also she says that the fundraisers are optional but then ends up charging for it. And she offers discounts for good reviews. Guess we aren't getting a discount. On top of that, they charge for everything...EVERYTHING! If they have a "party", you have to pay to participate. They nickel and dime the crap out of you. If I could give negative stars, I would.
