They go above and beyond to involve our children in everything and are so patient with them. My son was in Ms. Jerical's class last year with Ms. Gabi, Ms. Becca, and on e more assistant. He raved about them and spoke about them everyday when he came home. He had nothing but great stories to tell. His younger brother took his spot this year and was beyond thrilled to be a part of the Marimont Montessori family. Ms. Rachel the owner, and her husband, run an amazing, clean business and are also so friendly. They always return our calls and emails right away. They have chickens and other farm animals, the children learn to garden, and there is ample outdoor time, which they believe is so important and so do I. I have so many great things I can't fit them all. Stop looking around and have your children go here, you won't be disappointed and your children will THRIVE! We love everyone here. Thank you so much for helping my children grow and be the best they can be!

Between two children and a cross-country move, we have experienced more than our share of daycares -- easily a half-dozen over the past decade. This one stands out as being the best by a long shot. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this facility is a hidden gem. My only regret is that we didn't find it sooner. I think the best way to sum up my feelings is that every time I dropped off my child here, I felt such joy -- joy at seeing the directors Rachel and James running a caring-centered facility, joy at seeing the teachers empathetically interacting with children, joy at seeing the kids working independently at lessons that ranged from feeding farm animals on site, working in the gardens or enjoying a variety of lessons inside the classroom. As opposed to stricter Montessori environments I had experienced, where parents were discouraged from participating, we were welcomed here for monthly poetry recitals, Bubbles & Books and more. I loved the random events that inspired creativity, such as Dress Like a Composer Day or Chordate Day. We also participated in extracurriculars such as cooking class. I knew my child was always cared for and would experience a love of learning at this facility. We couldn't have asked for a better start, and how much I miss it now that this chapter is behind us.

They take the time to really get to know each child and family, which makes all the difference. I especially want to shout out Ms. Mary, who is truly the heart of the Academy. She watches over all the kids like they're her own, and her care and love shine through in everything she does. You can tell she genuinely loves being with the kids, and they absolutely adore her right back. It's such a comfort knowing our little one is spending the day with someone so kind, attentive, and nurturing. My son's teachers kept quitting and new teachers were joining, with the average tenure of teachers being 1-3 months. (In stark contrast, he now goes to a different daycare where he has the same teachers throughout the almost 9 months he has spent there. ) There was a teacher in his classroom who reported having Covid to the school but the school did not send out a timely notice, only sent it out after I emailed them and asked about the incident. My son ended up getting Covid and resultant chronic ear infections from their tardiness. Very disturbing, callous and borderline illegal. Don't send your kid here.

Let me start by saying, I HEAVILY regret not enrolling my son in this school sooner…read more My son is 6 and has attended school since he was 3. He began at Stepping Stone and, due to a move, continued preschool at Goddard. I feel the need to mention the names of the other schools solely because it was hard to choose between the three. I've also attended several tours when searching for a suitable school and only considered the highest rated ones in my area each time. Please understand that my son and I had a wonderful experience at each school. That being said, Primrose has exceeded all expectations and impresses me beyond words. I cannot begin to describe how incredibly thankful I am for my son to be able to attend this school. The administrative staff, Kortnee, Juli, and Michelle, are absolutely wonderful to interact and coordinate with. The communication here is impeccable. Any incident or concern is immediately addressed with a phone call. They are prompt to respond to messages through the app or email as well as discussing any matters in person. Each day we are greeted by name with a welcoming smile and a "good morning" or a sweet "goodbye". Each staff member fosters a relationship with every child to a point that makes me wonder how they're able to retain such quality, personal knowledge of every single child. Their genuinity sincerely warms my heart and helps gains my trust. THE TEACHERS, OH MY GOODNESS, THE TEACHERS HERE ARE OUTSTANDING. The morale is reinforced with physical notes that acknowledge and praise every student's improvement seen throughout the year. They are authentic, hand written, and personalized for each child. The classroom is spacious and well maintained with many different areas for the students to learn and play. Okay, back to the teachers. Ms. Monte is just absolutely wonderful. I have no other way to describe her. She is so, so caring, patient, and kind. Not only with the students, but with the parents as well. She shows genuine care for each child, something I couldn't be more thankful for. I truly couldn't ask for a better authoritative figure and role model for my son. Her demeanor makes apparent how much she truly enjoys her job and she puts her whole heart into helping the kids learn. The twinkle in her eye and excitement in her voice when she speaks about and interacts with them makes me tear up. I've never once seen her without a contagious smile on her face. This is the only person, not just teacher, I've ever met that shares the same parenting style as me. She consistently displays a level of emotional intelligence that is rare to encounter. She speaks to the children with respect and understanding and helps guide them into thinking with moral and logical reasoning. Ms. Monte does not limit her responsibilities to academic education, she also forms their character by modeling how every human should act. If every teacher were like her, then I know for a fact future generations would thrive and redefine societal standards. I know this may come off as a bit extreme, but what I say is what I truly feel and believe. I couldn't ask for a better influence for my son. Mr. Flores is such a joy to have. He, too, always has a bright smile on his face and tells me how my son's day went with detailed knowledge and a cheerful demeanor. His written notes and personal interactions show recognition to my son's progress which increases his confidence and encourages him to pursue new challenges. Mr. Flores does an excellent job fueling my son's desire to learn. He is also very kind and patient with the students and his studious conduct projects onto the children in a productive way. I am so glad he is part of my child's daily life. Ms. Kaitlyn is great as well! I don't get to interact with her as much, but she has always been wonderful and attentive every time I see her in the classroom. I'm sure you know how kids can be when asking about their day. I try to keep questions open-ended to allow my son to think and elaborate on the details and regardless, he always replies with "I don't know" or, when asked what he learned, he responds with "nothing". This is the only school that has caused him to talk about his day without me even having to ask. Not only that, but he also excitedly and proudly tells me about what he learned that day. We talk about his social interactions, his education, his thoughts and feelings, and whatever else he feels is worth mentioning. I absolutely love hearing all of it and it pleases me to know how much he genuinely enjoys attending this school. As a mother, I couldn't ask for anything more than this school already provides. The kids go on field trips, eat healthy food, learn through hands-on experience, and much more. This experience has blown me away with a standard that I never knew existed. TL;DR: Yes, this is the school you want your child to attend.

From the moment we enrolled our child, we felt the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire team. The owners, teachers, and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and it's so clear that every decision they make is rooted in supporting each child's well-being and developmental growth. One of the things that stands out most is their dedication to nurturing children's natural curiosity. They create an environment where exploration and discovery are not just encouraged--they're celebrated. It's amazing to see how engaged the kids are every day, and as a parent, it's such a relief to know your child is in a place that values their individuality and creativity. We have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Yvette and Ms. Melva in the infant class. These two wonderful teachers are truly a gift. Their love, patience, and attentiveness shine through in everything they do. They're also professional task jugglers and should teach a masterclass on how to attend to multiple babies at the same time. For instance, Ms. Yvette is especially impressive with how seamlessly she handles task switching--whether she's feeding one baby or capturing a sweet moment of another, she never misses a beat. Ms. Melva on multiple occasion seamlessly feed multiple babies at the same time. It's remarkable how Ms. Melva and Ms. Yvette are able to juggle so many responsibilities while always staying present and cheerful with the kids. We can tell that this is not just another for-profit daycare/school, and that the owners as well as staff really do enjoy being around children, taking care of them, and supporting their growth and development. It's evident through Ms. Prasanthi and Mr. Ashok and the entire staff's interaction with every child that entered the school door, and it's most apparent through Ms. Prasanthi's ability to remember every child's name in the school as well as greeting them with a warm smile and little details about their lives. In short, we feel so lucky to have found The Goddard School of Pflugerville. It's more than just a daycare--it's a place where children are truly seen, supported, and encouraged to thrive. My son who attended Ireland's is now almost 10 years old and I have another son who is 21 (so this wasn't my first time around with a kid). My son loved it at Ireland's, and the teachers and owner weren't afraid to talk to me about some minor additional needs they saw in him, things that can be difficult to talk to a parent about their 'perfect' child. He was slow with speech at 3, which they talked to me about and offered suggestions and help. Then the owner brought in an awesome pre-school teacher when my son was 4. His pre-k teacher helped me so much in understanding how my son is a concrete thinker and how his brain thinks a little different (more along the lines of asperger's characteristics but he doesn't have aspergers). The behaviors she pointed out, the way she explained it, and the way she helped my son work through some of them, all of that helped him have a great start in kindergarten, and has lasted in both his behavior and my way of responding to him. I wish more people had someone help them understand their kids in the way that she helped me understand my son. My son is an A/B student and always receives excellent behavior scores as well. He's almost a black belt in karate (very concrete sport, nothing abstract about it). I really couldn't ask for a better son. But, I don't think we would be where we are today without the things his pre-k teacher at Ireland's helped me to understand. If she hadn't been so understanding and patient, and if she hadn't helped me to understand my son's way of learning and behavior better, I know we would have had lots of frustrations, arguments, etc. Thank you Ireland's Kingdom!
