Ok so let me preface this review by saying that the casino itself was MUCH smaller than my expectations and hype I had heard. This isn't a "restaurant" per se - but more of a cafe area to the side of the casino. Pros: We started with the fry bread - DELICIOUS! The ranch on my salad tasted homemade. My shrimp and grits was a HUGE portion and the shrimp were perfect and sweet. The iced tea tasted freshly brewed. Cons: Our waitress was lackluster to the point I said something to the manager. She brought out 2 or 3 salads the went and sat down to chat with another server. She brought one refill and didn't ask anyone else if they wanted refills. She said "I don't eat grits" when I asked her if the shrimp & grits were good. He apologized profusely - hopefully she can be re-trained. The food was good as usual BUT!!! it was already a cooler night outside and the air conditioning in the restaurant was blowing ice cold air on full blast. It was literally uncomfortable in the room, and looking around everyone had their jackets, hoodies, coats on and zipped up. I asked a couple of staff if they could adjust it and they just said that's the way it is. If it was just me and my wife instead of a group we would have left. We've eaten there many times and never had a problem like this. Lesson learned, bring a ski parka, hat, and gloves next time read more

Only because the steak was great got here at 430 pm . 6/15/24 Waitresses was great, the hostess was ok. Not mad or anything. Always have a good time . Never get anything from the casino. But I do eat good meals. read more

Slowest sweet staff I've ever met!! Drinks at the bar were good....I had the frozen cod which tasted very similarly to a white paper napkin. The nachos were a pile of mushy chips and overcooked ground beef. Certainly not a place for dining but at least they're friendly and pleasant. Just don't go hungry lol read more

With low expectations we were hungry and decided to give this place a try. We were warmly greeted and seated. Our drink order taken and delivered promptly. I ordered the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, and rice pilaf. I also added the salad bar. Yes, i was starving. The dalad bar was very good and I esoecoally enjoyed the beef noodle soup which was very tasty. The entrre itself was good but the rice pilaf was very undercooked. All in all a good experience and I would eat here again. read more

The service is the slowest you'll find at any restaurant, presumably because where else are you going to eat while at the casino, there is. o alternative so it's like they just don't care. Every time I place a takeout order (to eat in the bingo hall) they say 15-20 minutes and every time it winds up being a half hour minimum, usually longer, the last time it took 55 minutes to get two orders of loaded nachos! About 2/3 of the time the order is made wrong as well. it's always simple stuff like no mushrooms or no mayo/sauce. The person at the desk always gets it correct on the bill/order but the kitchen manages to screw it up as well as taking forever. I'm done with the place. if I want to eat I'll stop on the way to the casino or wait till after I leave in the future. read more

Just left this restaurant. We were one of three tables. We walked out after waiting and waiting and waiting for the server to come and take our order. There were several women standing and talking at the cashier stand. When we left I told them we were leaving because we could not get waited on. They looked dumbfounded at us. Best food within 30 miles, okay some games while your there!! Service is good, it does get busy on big games nights and during season.

Service was great and so was the food! Not many choices in this area so I was pleasantly surprised.

I haven't ate there in a while and was definitely wanting some casino!! Ordered everything I wanted, but my steak... was not steak! I got something completely different and had absolutely no idea what it was. Gave it a try but did not like it. Called 3 times to see if they had it and just misplaced my order but no one answered. Wanted to have dinner here with four other people. Looked in to see only 5-7 tables occupied and all other tables dirty with dishes. Was given a buzzer. Waited an hour still no buzz on the buzzer. We stood around and heard other people say they had been waiting 1-1 1/2 hours just to be seated. Finally they said we weekend next to be seated. Asked the guy aT the register how long will he take after we order our food. "50" mins. That's crazy. This restaurant needs better management. AAt other casinos I have visited it's never been this badly ran. We ended up leaving and having dinner at Wendy's In okeechobee. Sorry you lost the business ! I know they are under renovation but....I was served grilled cheese and fries in a styrofoam container. Grilled cheese was not melted and fries were weak. Vibe in there was so very depressing!!! YUCK!!! read more

The burger was great. An hour ticket time for three burgers with fries was not so great.

I dine here frequently and it has a simple menu. But wow is it really good and plenty. Recently new management has made it even better. Great staff. Plus it has a casino. How can you go wrong? Great times here. read more
