I love "building your own" dog with Matt's many toppings options, but they also offer Matt's Signature Dogs with toppings like Bacon & Mac and Chili & Cheese. Matt's housemade dipping sauces also taste great, especially Matt's Cheddar sauce. Our hot dogs were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of char, and the fries were crispy and crunchy. Note: the fries might be too salty for those sensitive to salt, but the salt flakes are large and easy to brush off. Service was fairly quick, with our order being ready in about 15 minutes even though it was packed. Matt's is my favorite place for hot dogs and fries in Lee County, and a must-go for any hot dog aficionados.

Before the line grew too big, I ordered a regular beef hot dog from the simple easy to read menu. Philly Cheese Steaks and Italian Sausages seem to be hot sellers too, but my gut was growling for a regular dog as a pre-lunch hold over meal. Before I could take out my cash from my wallet, the warm dog was in my hand. I peered at this loaded dog that was generously topped with relish and onion - with a squirt of spicy mustard for an added kick. It was devoured in only three big bites and was exactly was my belly needed. At only $4.00 it was the bomb. Now I could understand why the line was growing every minute. You know, where the outside is crisp but the onion is cooked translucent so that when you bite the onion ring the onion doesn't slide out in one long run?!! Perfect!! Our service was exceptional and the food presentation was great. Kudos to the owners for the service and quality effort they have put into this establishment, it truly shows.
