We didn't have to compete with large crowds in the fancy restaurants. We could just relax and enjoy a quesadilla together. Chuck prepared ours with chicken, black beans, corn, and several other ingredients. He did a marvelous job! It was slightly crispy on the outside without being charred and juicy on the inside. He gave us sides of salsa, guacamole and queso for dipping which made the flavor pop! The restaurant had one other couple in it, perfect for a quiet, restful, evening with my bride. The place seems clean, the 90's alternative music was tolerable, and the staff were friendly. We will come again.
