Every hospital system in Chicago has my allergy to penicillin in their records. I asked him to contact my dentist, Nate Hoffman, but he refused. I had major implant surgery with Chicago Dental Studio and never had a problem with antibiotics. When I had a reaction to the antibiotic, I basically got the middle finger. Olguin is a quack.

There were multiple times that I needed to follow up with the front desk staff to call in prescriptions they said they would and follow up with paperwork that my insurance company reached out to them about. I would go in expecting to be hands on and micro manage any type of prescription or paperwork.
