I went ahead and scheduled my son's first eye exam and it was great! She was very patient and even played Trolls song clip to distract him on the eye exam screen. Over six months, I spent unnecessary money trying countless products with no results. Only after months of failed treatment was prescription medication finally discussed. Even then, the office could not manage to do the bare minimum. They showed no urgency in completing the prior authorization process, gave conflicting information, and outright changed their story after the fact. To make matters worse, the new prescription they claimed they were sending was never even sent to the pharmacy. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and poor customer service was shocking. When patients are trusting you with their health, there should be follow-through, communication, and professionalism.
