I had to get some new prescription glasses and sunglasses (due to losing my Ray Ban in Lake Anna)…read moreso I went back to this Target Optical. I have to see an ophthalmologists so don't do my eye exams here. The day I went in was very busy and only one person working. I wish Jennifer would have acknowledged those who came in but I could see she was helping a customer. I used the wait time to look through the frames and was ready to go when she was ready. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the lenses and frames, and I was out pretty quickly. I wanted to pick up the glasses as they came in so I met another Jennifer from the Fredericksburg store. And another lady from the Falls Church store but I forgot her name. All very friendly and gave great suggestions about which ones looked good etc. On the second visit I ordered two more. However, I ended up returning one of the four I ordered. Only because they hurt which they didn't do when I originally tried them on. Jennifer returned them without any problems and I never had the hard sell to get another pair. When I picked up my last pair Jennifer remembered me by name and again I was in and out quickly. Thanks Jennifer for your help and I'll be back when I need to get a new pair. Hopefully I won't lose these sunglasses!

I had to walk to the other end of the mall to find a restroom. When I returned, I was soaking wet from sweat, with cold air conditioning blowing on me while I was waiting, I thought I was gonna freeze to death. Will probably develop a cold because of this. After we sat there for a while and filled out the forms the receptionist What did the form and said that the doctor could not see us today because I had diabetes and mobility problems. She recommended a place right across from them, and they couldn't see me today either. I searched on America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses- they could not see me either. The attitude, the service, deplorable. DO NOT GO HERE. If you need to go to a LensCrafters, go to another location!

I knew that if I needed an eye doctor, I'd love to go to her. Unfortunately, she was far. Fast forward to 2018, it was time for my daughter's InfantSee program. I went ahead and scheduled my son's first eye exam and it was great! She was very patient and even played Trolls song clip to distract him on the eye exam screen. I'm so happy with my experience that I am willing to drive to Manassas just to have her as my kiddos eye doctor. FYI - InfantSee program helps tests babies eyes from 6months-12months old and see if they're are any underlying sight issues that can be detected right away. It's a free program that looks like only two that I know within my area participated in this. Kudos to Dr Wen for being professional and taking care of my children.

When we checked in, the employee (Mary Lee or Merrilee) immediately focused on telling me I was late instead of greeting us professionally. Throughout our visit, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. She repeatedly stared at my two teenagers in a way that made them uncomfortable. After we finished our eye exams and started looking at frames, she avoided helping us and kept going to the back instead of assisting us. My husband eventually approached her for help, but she seemed annoyed that we were asking questions and acted uninterested in helping us. At one point, while helping our family, she abruptly walked away to assist another customer who had just walked in. This felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My family has been coming to this location for years, but we have never experienced service like this before. This visit made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Unfortunately, because of this experience, this location has lost the business of our family of six.
