I had already purchased my frames at another location but they didn't have the Dr office to get a prescription. So I came here where they have the dr office right next door, and Dr Pham is great. After insurance covers what it covers I was able to order the lenses for both my glasses and sunglasses, the sun glasses should take about 2 hours, as I write this. The regular glasses will take a full 7 days so that's unfortunate but understandable. Great location here inside the Manassas mall easy to get to and lots of selection with all the name brands like Oakley and ray van so for all your eyewear needs stop by and hopefully you get Debi also

I feel bad for that man as most of his co-workers are nothing like him--they are rude, impatient, and, worst of all, condescending. Take for instance this past Sunday when I went to them for a tightening of the screws in my eyeglass hinges because they were getting too loose. After extensive, brazen lying that there was no way to tighten the screws, and that I was over-reacting, I realized the problem was not going to get fixed and went away. Later, I purchased precision screwdrivers myself and fixed the problem myself. So much for "the screws on your frames can't be tightened!-eh??" What a load of baloney.

Indeed, she legitimately seemed concerned about the health of my eyes. Discovered that the prescription I'd been wearing for years was actually too strong for one of my eyes. Not only that, but also diagnosed that I needed reading glasses. And, yeah, apparently I did. An earlier negative review stated that the doctor would not give out a written contact lens prescription to buy contact lens online. I'm not sure if that used to be how it worked, but I can say I had zero problems getting a written prescription for my glasses and contact lens. So, yeah, if you need a new optometrist, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a shot. Good luck!

But I'm planning to give See & Co a try next year when I need my eyes checked again. Oh, and the bags are super cute! I stocked up on eyeglass wipes and anti-fog spray and took the stash home in this adorable bag.

**Second update, first update and original review below…read more As promised, I always update my reviews. Happy to put this back to 5 stars. My new glasses came in less than a week after the rush order, and the gentleman at the counter (poor guy definitely remembered me) was very helpful and felt really bad about the overall snafu. Glasses are correct now, I can see! Conflict was handled quickly and I'm glad the service level was great despite the obvious frustration! --------- Lord help me...right after my glowing post some craziness happened. I hope it's corrected soon. So I picked up my new, stronger lenses and sunglasses. Upon popping in (with some audible Trouble) my new lenses, I was handed the most painful glasses I've ever worn. They asked ME if my vision changed; can't they look that up? Yes, I say, But this is just extreme as far as changes go and I can't really see well...I was asked a few times by the guys that were there if it was just my eyes needing to adjust and was reassured it would feel awkward and even disorienting for a bit so I took these on good faith and left. I could see much better and easily in the shades, and was hesitant to wear the new regular lenses because it felt like my eyes were crossing and I was on some very strenuous psychedelic trip. After 30 minutes I knew something was very wrong. So I called and said I needed to come back. Lo and behold they take the glasses, place them on what I assume is some kind of machine to test them, they were the entirely wrong prescription I already waited 2 weeks for. THANK GOD I kept the old lenses they offered me, rather than toss them, Or I'd be up creek with no glasses except shades to use. Also, let me just say that I had at this point now worn 3 different scripts in one hour: old, correct, and incorrect. I had a horrible migraine as a result and as someone with MS, vertigo is a commonality and mine was raging as a result. "But your sunglasses are right, right?" I have no clue, they feel different but normal as far as what I expected, should you really be asking ME? I wish they'd taken the time and care to test these out when I said I felt weird instead of sending me on my way. Would've been common sense and saved me now 2 extra trips and more waiting for the correct glasses. A rush I'm told is at least a week, so we will see how fast that means. Coming up on 5 days now. Disappointed that the lackadaisical guys couldn't have made this easier or done more.
