Since he doesn't sell any contacts or eyeglasses, he doesn't have a stake in pushing a certain brand. Over six months, I spent unnecessary money trying countless products with no results. Only after months of failed treatment was prescription medication finally discussed. Even then, the office could not manage to do the bare minimum. They showed no urgency in completing the prior authorization process, gave conflicting information, and outright changed their story after the fact. To make matters worse, the new prescription they claimed they were sending was never even sent to the pharmacy. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and poor customer service was shocking. When patients are trusting you with their health, there should be follow-through, communication, and professionalism. Instead, this experience felt careless, dismissive, and completely frustrating from start to finish.

Her employee got our order wrong...and as a result it took a month and a half to arrive. Instead of offering excellent customer service and overnighting us a few sample pairs of contacts to hold us over....she made us drive over an hour to pick them up (and we had to beg her to do that). She blamed 'supply chain issues' but when we asked for a tracking # or a screen shot of the order she said non were available. I really hate leaving 1 star reviews but as a person that runs small businesses as well, I think customers should know up front who they are dealing with. This business does not care about you as a customer, and will not make things right should they go wrong. They will blame everyone else, and make excuses. Take your hard earned money to someone that will care about you.
