I think I found my new Porsche place even if it's an hour drive. Very meticulous, knowledgeable and professional. Very clean bathroom and waiting area was nice and even provided munchies, coffee, cold sodas and water, gratis. They've been doing this for a while and are doing things right (as you'll see from the many awards they've won over the years). Did a great job with my annual maintenance, mostly consisting of changing oil and checking electronics, sensors on Tire Pressure Sensors (which were off) which they filled tires, reset sensors (no additional charge) and everything else was good to go. Alerted me to substantial tire wear without trying to push tire purchase on me as they would many other places. Prices very reasonable and without a doubt a long way from Dealership prices or some of these HOIDY TOIDY shops, (no names of course). Thanks for your GREAT SERVICE (hard to find these days). Went for an estimate (3rd estimate because the first two gave us differing issues) for wheel…read morealignment and to check for a wiggle in the tires. There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.

That brings me here, under 5 minutes away to Tires 4 Less in West Kendall. I was greeted immediately by a helpful young woman and directed to a clean, cool quiet waiting room with a circulating air purifier. Nice! So far so good. In just a matter of minutes a nice young man Robert gives me the situation. I get nervous with my older difficult foreign sports car. They can be So temperamental ABD pricey!! ! However, Robert seems knowledgeable and puts my mind at ease. He gives me options and good advice, never pushing and not upselling.The pricing is SO reasonable! I will post a follow-up in a few weeks/months on the wear and tear of the tire quality holding up. Today, it's all good! They took the anxiety out of dealing with stressful car issues. Needless to say I was greeted in English (wich doesn't matter to me because we're in miami) and treated with the most upon respect to my needs!
