Actually, I've worked w/ Jorge on a few things over time, not all at once. Found him on a local moms FB group and honestly glad I decided to go with this service. He's my go-to guy for home updates, esp stuff that makes life easier for the kids. 1st we needed help putting together a wooden rainbow play structure in the yard. I called a bunch of places & most said they'd come by next week then maybe start the job a few weeks later.... Jorge hit me back fast, showed up quick, and got it done w/o any hassle. My kids were climbing on it same day! He made sure it was solid and level, and tbh it's held up great even w/ wild toddler "testing." Later, asked him to organize the garage which was a total mess (strollers, scooters, random bins everywhere). He built smart storage that actually fits our needs. Now we can find stuff and even park the car. Big win. He also helped improve energy efficiency by swapping old windows for double-pane ones & redoing insulation. Made a big difference -place feels quieter (could barely hear the ongoing post 4th of July Fireworks) and warmer plus energy bill is already down. Most recently Jorge redid the deck. Looks great clean safe and sturdy. Kids use it for snacks, dancing, and even impromptu shows. He really gets how families use their space. Throughout all these projects Jorge was easy to work with and holds a high standard- answers fast, shows up on time, explains everything.... Even worked around my kids nap times and was super chill when my kid "helped" with a toy hammer.... So If u want someone honest, reliable, detail oriented, highly knowledgeable and capable who really gets busy family life- I def recommend Bellapi Construccion we are very pleased with Jorge's work.

He's picked up heavy items from stores, helped install shelves, changed out light fixtures, and even helped fix a leaky faucet or two. He's the kind of person you can ask to help with "random little things" that you don't even realize need doing until someone points them out- and he always gets them done both quickly and well. Jorge speaks BOTH English & Spanish Fluently (habla Español), is super reliable and friendly and does a little bit of everything. You can count on Jorge to show up on time, work efficiently & get the job done right - Jorge demonstrates outstanding craftsmanship from start to finish.
