It was only $30 for a "puppy cut", and it seems like a bath. When I called on March 15th, the next availability was May 20th. For a $30 cut with 4.5 stars? Yeah, I can see how the wait would be long. We got our dog back, and wow. There's a couple random long strands, whatever, but the "blending" (or lack thereof) is *very* noticeable. Similarly, the hair around her upper legs and bum "flare" out in a pretty funny way. She looks hilarious. Still some pretty harsh tear stains around the eyes.

From start to finish, the staff was so professional and thoughtful. They called ahead to confirm pickup times, kept me updated throughout the process, and let me know exactly when my dogs would be dropped back off. That communication gave me so much peace of mind.
