We got our dog back, and wow. There's a couple random long strands, whatever, but the "blending" (or lack thereof) is *very* noticeable. Similarly, the hair around her upper legs and bum "flare" out in a pretty funny way. She looks hilarious. Still some pretty harsh tear stains around the eyes.

From start to finish, the staff was so professional and thoughtful. They called ahead to confirm pickup times, kept me updated throughout the process, and let me know exactly when my dogs would be dropped back off. That communication gave me so much peace of mind. Both of my huskies came home looking incredible and smelling so fresh. Their coats were soft, shiny, and honestly cleaner than I thought possible given how dirty and hairy they were going in. You can tell they really took their time and cared for my dogs like their own.
