It was easily found on the internet but who wants to wait a week or more to see if you get the right part? We called around and the places we called referred us to Glenwood Appliance. So off we go.... I happened to bring the broken pump with me, I walked in and was greeted by a smiling young lady who asked what she could do for me. All I did was raise the pump and say I need a new one of these.. before I could tell her what it was, she said I have those over here.... Holy smokes, you kidding me?! I really like it when employees know their stuff! She brought out a small box, cut it open and BINGO! The exact make and model with the same part number even. This small shop had a factory part for a 5 year old front load washer, man what a relief! My machine broke down last night, tonight it will be back in action! The people here are knowledgeable and resourceful as she let me know that the next time I need anything, i should also bring the make and model info, just in case they can cross reference it with a part from another brand! They sent out The Appliance Hospital to do the warranty work. They took quite a long time to come out and evaluate the situation. They said the motor was shot and they would have to order a new one. When the new one came in it was no good so they had to order another one. This time it was the wrong motor. Again we are waiting. This happened three times so far and it's still not working and they in the process of pulling it in and out tore the expensive dryer hose and will not accept responsibility for it and even got rude with my wife over it. We are coming up on three months without our washer and dryer and Kelly's has been no help whatsoever. If I had bought it at Costco I could have at least returned it.
