About a month ago, I went to pick up my prescription on the very last day stated in the app and text reminders, meaning it should still have been available. When I arrived, the large man who always looks annoyed said my prescription had already been put back. I explained that the app clearly showed that day as my last pickup day, but he just kept arguing instead of listening or trying to help. When I asked when it could be ready again, he said, "About 10 minutes, but we close in an hour." I replied that was fine, but he repeated himself as if I didn't understand. It was like talking to a wall, so I just left and came back the next day. Then today (Sunday the 19th), I called through the app to ask about another prescription. A woman answered without introducing herself, and before I could explain, she interrupted to ask if I was a provider or patient. I said patient, and she snapped that I was "calling the doctor line." I told her I had just called the number listed on the app, and before I could even ask which number to use, she talked over me again and hung up. Unfortunately, I have to use CVS because of my insurance, but if I had a choice, I'd go to Walgreens in a heartbeat. As someone who actually worked at a CVS Pharmacy when I was younger, I can say this location is a huge disappointment -- poor communication, zero professionalism, and staff that act like helping customers is an inconvenience.

The person in charge, George, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This is not how anyone, especially a manager or supervisor should treat paying customers. If a service is too much "work" for your staff, then don't offer it. Simple. Customer service here is clearly an afterthought. The attitude was lazy, condescending, and completely out of line.
