I chose them for 2 major reasons. 1) they were going to deal with the scheduling of the removal and réinstallation of our solar panels. And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. When the project was done, there were a few concerns we had, we talk to Shahar and he quickly corrected and had the crew fix the items. Our roof is beautiful and will hopefully last many many years to come. I am thankful we went with Apollo Roofing and Happy Shahar was our project manager.

Arcenio arrived swiftly, put a ladder directly on the front of my house, inspected the roof, and proposed that the old dutch gutters could easily be replaced. When Israel came by it felt different. He was a very easy going guy, didn't feel like he was selling me on anything and it was just an easy conversation, then he checked out the roof. His estimate and detail in the estimate was reasonable and quite thorough. When the work started it was done on time on the scheduled date. The workers did their thing, were all good guys doing what they do. No issues. The roof was in pretty bad shape as well, needed some repair as it was very old and Israel and his team just went with the flow. It's a little nuts seeing your roof completely gone after a day or so, then see it get built up to a completely new clean roof is pretty amazing. Israel and his team also put in venting. fixed up ALL the flashing, cleaned up all the existing vent pipes, installed a fan as well. It all went so well, easy and the roof looks great. This was by far the easiest experience I have ever had with a contractor and/or their team. They cleaned up very well and in 4 days or so poof they were gone, almost like they were never there, except for the beautiful new roof. My neighbor also had an issue with her roof and I asked Israel about it and he said give her my number. He fixed her problem in no time, on the fly, and she was very happy about that, especially with the possibility of big storms this winter, she was quite nervous. We truly felt that they cared about our family and our home, regardless of whether we chose them for the project. The communication before and during the project was exceptional. Every team member knew their role, and everyone worked together like a symphony. The entire process was organized, professional, and efficient. Most importantly, the finished roof looks absolutely amazing. No construction project is completely without challenges, and we did experience a few mishaps along the way. What impressed us most was how Ethan and the team handled them. They took responsibility, communicated openly, and worked diligently to make things right. That level of accountability speaks volumes about their honor, integrity, and professionalism. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving issues demonstrated exactly why they are such a trustworthy, reliable, and dependable company. As a homeowner, those qualities matter just as much as the quality of the work itself. The genuine care they bring to their customers and their craft is what truly sets them apart.
