After confronting me in the parking lot, he walked back into K1 while I followed behind. I found it very inappropriate for an employee to yell at a customer, especially as they were entering the business. It makes the birthday less hectic. At the end, we forgot our lighter for the birthday candle, but Aman saved the day. My daughter had such a wonderful 5th birthday, and the photos staged in the gym area at the end really just topped things off.
