I highly recommend Jordan's Auto Body. The repairs are of high quality; this shop is the best. Hopefully, you won't need them anytime soon, but if you do, stop your search and contact them . Once again, I found myself seeking Jordan's expert repair services for my vehicle. They always return my car in pristine condition with no signs of previous damage. The paint and body work are always flawless. This establishment is the only one I've trusted over the years to deliver exceptional results, making my car look amazing again without breaking the bank, as they have very reasonable prices. I have exclusively relied on Jordan Auto Body for my vehicle's needs, and Jimmy has consistently provided outstanding, honest, and reliable service, maintaining my car's impeccable condition. In my opinion, this is the premier automotive repair shop in the Chicagoland area, and Jimmy, the owner, consistently demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction, taking the stress out of dealing with damages. read more

Jordan Automotive - My car's new face lift THANK YOU JIMMY! You did an amazing job fixing the damages. I was really , Now I'm SUPER HAPPY! fabulous work. - Body Shops Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I would give 1000 stars if I could! Auto repair shops can be intimidating for a female driver. But the staff at Jordan's Automotive are so friendly, patient and flexible. Significantly lower prices than other quotes I received. Exceptional work. Jimmy carefully reviewed the repairs I needed after an accident and didn't pressure me into more repairs than I was able to pay for at the time. He was willing to source and install second hand parts to repair my drivers door / window and side mirrors - finding great quality parts at amazingly low prices. He was even willing to accept & install CAPA fender liner parts that I had already purchased. They replaced these parts, fixed the dents, buffed out scratches. Then they went the extra mile.. they buffed the entire car, including my headlights - and vacuumed inside! If it wasn't for them, my Prius might have ended up at the junk yard because I couldn't afford prices at other spots. I will be using them without a doubt moving forward. p.s... sorry it took me so long to write the review, Jimmy! See you again soon for some routine maintenance :) read more

I went to three Auto repair places and was lucky enough to find Jordan automotive. This place does great work at very fair prices. I compared other spots but this one is the one I chose. The owner's name is Jimmy and you will not meet a nicer mechanic/business man. Very kind and professional and definitely knows his stuff. I will definitely return to this spot when my car needs attention! Thanks Jimmy to you and all your excellent mechanics. Alex Gonzalez read more

These guys are THE BEST. Jimmy hooked it up and gave me a killer deal. He found a used mirror that was already painted and saved me a ton of money and then didn't even charge me for installation. He was so nice and all his staff were too. I couldn't recommend them more and you won't be disappointed! Thanks so much guys! read more

I'm so glad I went to Jordan's to get my car fixed! I found them through recommendations from a couple neighbors and they were so right. Great rates compared to other places I got quotes from, faster response times, made it easy when I needed to be requoted after delaying getting the repair done, and everyone was really welcoming and made me feel at ease. My car was fixed in no time at all, they looked at some other small questions I had day of and cleaned my car. I could not be happier with the job done and will be taking my car to Jordans for any future repairs, wish I could give them six stars read more

I had major damage to my vehicle after an accident and the guys at Jordan made my vehicle like new again. Not only did Jordan make the repairs caused by the accident, they even repaired a couple blemishes that weren't part of the ticket! Special thank you to Jimmy especially for being patient while i worked out a dispute with my insurance carrier (took nearly 2 months)! You cant go wrong with Jordan. Great customer service and excellent work. read more

I cannot recommend Jordan Auto Body enough! All of the employees truly care about their customers, keeping pricing fair, and doing their best work. I took my car in when I needed an extensive repair to my back bumper and side passenger door which required purchasing a number of pieces and completing electrical work. I was kept in communication throughout the entire process, my car was completed ahead of schedule, and looked good as new. I sought out this location due to a recommendation that I received from a friend, and will continue to pass along the recommendation to anyone who is in need of car repair. You will be in very good hands here! read more

I just had my car fixed here yesterday. I backed into a telephone going about 5 mph. The only damage was to my bumper on the driver's side of the car. Fortunately I have a plastic bumper and not a painted one, so the only thing that happened was that my bumper popped off from the frame some. My husband tried to pop it back in, but it was apparent that it could only be fixed by a professional. I put off the fix for months thinking it was going to be too expensive. Then we decided to use Bodyshopbids (a fantastic new app that saves you a bunch on auto body work!). Jordan was the least expensive, so we decided to try them out. Not only did they do a great job with the repair, they fixed it while I waited. If that wasn't good enough, their customer service was over the top! They gave me a gift bag as a thank you for my business and a chocolate candy bar! They were super friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

I never leave reviews for anything but after taking my baby (2000 Lincoln town car) to Jordan automotive I feel the need to for multiple reasons. This guy Jimmy is one of the most honest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. 1 week ago I didn't even know him but now I consider him a friend for life. I had the bumper painted and some light rust on both quarter panels and front fender repaired and painted. The paint matches perfectly and the car looks brand new. I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone for the high quality of work and fair price which was cheaper then all other estimates I got from other shops. Thank you Jimmy! read more

As happens in the city, I got in a bit of a tight squeeze and lost one of my side mirrors last week. I found one on ebay for $25 and brought it in yesterday to see if they could install it for me. The owner was super nice, the job took maybe 15 minutes, and they didn't even charge me- Couldn't have asked for a better experience. My boyfriend's truck is long overdue for some bodywork, and we're definitely going to bring it to Jordan- I'm glad the yelp reviews led me to these guys! read more

I had a great experience at Jordan. The staff was very helpful, and polite. I went for a steering wheel for a 2011 sube. It took a little while because they were busy, but nonetheless I have my steering wheel and the sube will love on!!!! God bless you Jordan auto parts. The whole crew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I was recommended to Jordan Automotive, actually Jordan Auto Body by a friend who had work done on his car. My van was rusting out at the bottom due to the heavy salt splashed everywhere during the Chicago Winter season. Anyway, I thought that this repair was going to cost me a fortune and it might be some type of hack job. I was sooooo wrong!!! Jordan Automotive not only fixed my van to better than new condition, but they also detailed the inside of the van and shampooed the carpet. They also detailed the outside of the van and put that shiny stuff on the wheels. The cost was way less than I thought. Those guys deserve an award for how well they fixed my van. They also took out some small scratches on the fender and the hood for FREE. The owner Jimmy was extremely helpful in explaining what was done to my van and how he put some type of stuff under the bottom to prevent any new rust in the future. You won't go wrong calling them and getting an estimate from them. read more

Cracked the plastic base of the driver side mirror on a 2010 Focus. They ordered the part and called me as soon as it came in. They fixed the mirror extremely fast and every employee was courteous and pleasant. Jimmy and Sam are great. Fair prices and I felt comfortable and taken care of. Will only use Jordan Automotive for any body work! Love this place. read more

Jordan Automotive is great, I've been bringing my cars to Jimmy for years. Each and every time he has taken great care of my cars and provided excellent customer service, all at a reasonable price (usually cheaper than other body shops) and with a smile. I will continue to go to Jordan Automotive. read more

I got in a fender bender on a Saturday and had to have the hood replaced on my car before a road trip that Friday that could not be moved. I found Jordan Auto Body online and sent Jimmy an email on Sunday to see if he would be able to do the repair in time. He replied that evening and said it wouldn't be a problem. I came in first thing Monday AM, he showed me all the options for the repairs based on how much I wanted to spend, and how much I cared about the look of the finish, and gave me a completely reasonable quote and finished the work by Thursday of that week. Did a bunch of touch ups at no charge, and made me feel relaxed through an extremely stressful time. We don't often see great service and people who care about their customers, but it was evident from the minute I walked in there. Best auto repair experience I have ever had, and I will be telling everyone I know about them. Thank you Jordan :) Tafelly read more

Great work Needed a new front bumper and got one these guys only order premium parts and they work fast

I usually do not do reviews but this is the worst bodyshop I have ever delt with. My son was hit by someone else and was asked to take it to this bodyshop. He had to drive an hour there not have a veh for 4 days and an hour back so between dropping off a total of over 4 hours. When picking up the veh he told the person the paint does not match( we both work in automotive and understand it wont be perfect) but it isnt even close when he got it back by me to look at the paint job is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! you see the run marks from not painting it properly, the bubbles from dirt being under the paint, you see orange peel, the bumper is not lined up properly, clips for the splashield which they have to remove to do the job are missing, and 2 other parts that were damaged from being hit were not replaced. When calling I am told it looks like that since the paint isnt dry lol I am not an idiot. The owner persisted to tell me it has a lifetime warranty. That is great an all if my son wants to take an hour trip back and be with out his car again. We now have to take it to another bodyshop and pay to have it redone the proper way. Stay away from this place they do horrible work!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This is a follow up to my critical review from last August. I had moved to California and forgotten about this issue until recently, when I took a long road trip. Driving at highway speed, my hood started to flap as if it were about to fly open. Luckily, I had some duct tape in the car to prevent this from happening. Upon returning I took the car to Hosep's Auto Body in Los Angeles, a very reputable shop. I was told again that whoever had done the previous work had fixed the problem in a superficial way and taken many shortcuts. The hood latch assembly had been jimmied to a damaged core support, putting my family and me at risk. The damaged tie bar needed to be replaced, so a new core support, hood latch, and cable could be installed. The owner of Hosep's couldn't believe the way my car had been butchered. I have posted photos of the old tie bar and hood latch, so you can see that they welded a piece of scrap metal to stabilize the damaged part, when it needed to be replaced to make the hood latch operate safely and as intended. I have also included photos of the work order, since they deny doing the work. There is a third photo of the insurance estimate, showing that upper tie bar was to be replaced. Again, the owner of Hosep's used terms like "shady" to describe whoever had done the previous repairs. They also had to re square the front end. There were no other collisions between the time Jordan repaired the damage and now. Their shoddy work could have easily resulted in the hood flying open and a terrible accident. read more

an autobody shop that won't make you sick and kill you! (please forgive this poorly placed arrested development reference...) but for serious - the other week, in my mad rush to go buy doughnuts, i backed my car into a pole in my garage. 4 of my neighbors witnessed this moment of idiocy. it was great. the damage was prettttty pretty bad, a very ugly dent and scratch on the side of my car. my husband inspected it and figured it'd be close to a thousand dollars to fix and so i decided that that money would be better spent on doughnuts and began the process of coming to terms with driving a hurt car. but then i heard about bodyshopbids dot com - greatest invention ever. i sent in pictures of my car, filled out a report, and waited for bids from body shops around the city. GENIUS (no, i don't work for these people). jordan automotive was the winning bid, coming in a good $150 dollars under the other bids i received (at only $300 dollars - yes!!!), and after consulting with the bodyshopbids guys, who assured me that jordan automotive would do a great job, i went with them. from then on, everything was a cinch. i dropped my car off with leroy on a friday and picked it up on monday, a day early. the work they did was perfect, and they even touched up the spots on my bumpers from all the stellar parallel parking i do around the city. AND they washed my car. so all in all, yeah, i'd say i'm pretty excited about these guys. 5 stars all the way. read more

I have taken my Lexus 330 RX SUV to Jordan Automotive several times for various body repairs. They are the best. First, Jimmy the owner is great to work with. His prices are extremely reasonable and his work is wonderful. Recently someone hit me and I had to pay for the repair myself. Jimmy worked within my budget, my car looks brand new and it was done ealier than expected. I will not take my car to another auto body shop. I am very happy and grateful for the work Jimmy and his staff did on my car. read more

If you EVER need automotive work done, please check these guys out. I have had my current car since 2001 and they have helped me out since day 1 when someone hit and ran my BRAND NEW parked car before I had even gotten it home for the 1st time. Jimmy, the owner, could not be friendlier and they are more than fair. They have never, ever taken the slightest bit advantage of me ... A city girl with no knowledge of cars. I am a person who thinks it is important to support the local business owner and I won't take my car anywhere else. If the problem is something they don't normally handle, they will refer you to the best person who will. They have driven me home and picked me up if they need to keep my car overnight. They have given me gifts over the years and made me feel like a valued customer even when it's a small job. They can give u an estimate, have been known to run discount/specials and they will help you so that a bigger job can fit with your insurance situation. Yay Jordan Auto! You're the best!!! read more

Jordan Auto did a great job fixing up a minor rust spot on my BMW at a nice price. They have the highest quality paint room/technology to assure a precise paint match, so the repair looks like new. Someone hit my car while it was parked outside of my apartment and it dislocated my front bumper and left blinker light off of my car. First of all I want to say the gentleman in the painting booth was the only person I felt was honest and not trying to sell me services beyond what I came for. Here is the run down as to why I am writing this review first of all I have no written estimate which I take responsibility for as to what was being done to the car I went by what the owner Jimmy verbally said whom gave me a flat rate without physically seeing the car. My problem with this place is the misleading yelp deal they offered which was 250 for 500 worth of services and although it did not exclude anything on its terms I was denied the voucher because 1) it was only redeemable if I went through my insurance which makes no sense If im paying a deductible why would I need this voucher. 2) Jimmy said he didn't want to loose money because YELP only gives him a portion of that deal. 3) He gave me "special deal" although I was quoted less at three places but decided against them because I thought I was going to be able to use this voucher. 4) Blames YELP for not having these terms on the voucher tells me to contact them in order to receive my money back. As far as the paint goes some things that I did notice because I picked it up 20 minutes before closing time and it was busy so I felt rushed. Paint is chipping already incredible I paid 400 for a repaint on a bumper that is not damaged and I have chips on the paint certain parts of the bumper show sign of excessive paint you could see the drip effect. Finally the swirls they left on the bumper create such a haze that you cannot see the paint properly during sunlight. From what Jimmy said was that he needed to removed the old paint and apply the new coat however its visible that he did not do that he just had them paint over the old paint which means this will not last very long. Having complained to yelp about the misleading voucher i bought im sure they contacted this business and took it down however yelp nor Jordans Automotive took responsibility to this matter. Thanks for wasting my time and money. read more

I did not use this body auto place but I will say they were very professional. He was extra informative and he was willing to do anything to help. These guys continue to amaze me with their kindness, integrity, customer service, generosity and workmanship. They have exceeded my expectations with each visit. I took my old car to Jordan to have its rear bumper fixed. Not only did they repair it beautifully, their price was great. While there I asked for an estimate to have additional work done. They provided the quote, but were up front with me and told me not to do unnecessary work. They could have easily done the job simply for the sake of making extra money, but they care about their customers and treat you like a friend or family member. In my opinion, they are the epitome of a relationship building business. After I ended up selling the old car, I picked up a second hand car that had a bit of body damage. The previous owner had gotten two repair quotes that averaged a couple thousand dollars. The other body shops' quotes also had a disclaimer that basically stated that additional problems would be found once they took the car apart. However, after my great experience with Jordan, I returned to have them look at the car. Again, their integrity shined through. They explained that there wouldn't be any hidden surprises because there are only so many parts to a car; it's a straight forward repair given the point of contact and conspicuous damage. Not only that, they saved me money on parts, did an excellent job repairing the car and performed extra work that they wouldn't let me pay them for. I seriously felt guilty. These guys are a rare breed. Their service model is something that I would aspire to offer my customers, they truly go above and beyond. What a breath of fresh air. Seriously. If you find yourself in a situation where you need auto body work, I encourage you to take your car to Jordan. read more

I gotta say, I was truly impressed with my recent repair done at Jordan Automotive. 1) They were about 1/2 the cost of the other quotes I had received. In 1 case they were closer to 1/3 the cost 2) I received great customer service from quote to finish of repair. The team their is very professional and extremely helpful. Even drove me to the blue line so I could catch a flight at O'Hare after I dropped off the car 3) The repair looks great! And they give a great warranty for their work in case of issues later at no additional cost. 4) I have never received a quote and then had the final cost come in CHEAPER than the initial quote. The parts they quoted in ending up costing less so they passed the savings onto me. Honesty in business like that is rare these days. I live in Chicago so I KNOW my car will need body work in the future. And 100% Jordan Automotive will be the 1st shop I reach out to when it does. Thanks again! read more

The body work was done flawlessly at a reasonable price. The service was courteous - they even washed the car and offered to give us a ride when the traffic was bad in the area. This shop is excellent. Before I had my 2006 Lincoln repaired, I went to numerous other repair shops to get estimates before I came to this shop. When I came to Jordan's, the owner was the one that helped me. Their estimate to repair my car was by far the least expensive of any of the shops I went to. As the price was hundreds of dollars less than other shops, I asked if I could see a vehicle that they had completed repairs on. The owner took the time to show me several cars that they were working on and gave me a tour of the shop. I decided to have them repair my car and when I got it back it looked fantastic. I will definitely use this shop in the future! read more

great experience here, estimate was lower than competitors and work was excellent. They also did a great job waxing and detailing the car after the work was done. Only drawback is the location, which is a bit inconvenient, but still worth the trip read more
