I want to clarify a few things for anyone reading: I didn't know at the time that the regulator you installed wasn't the right fit for our setup. I only learned that recently from another licensed plumber, which is why I reached back out to you with questions. I had no plan to hire you again. As for the earlier service issue, it didn't feel appropriate to confront you in my kitchen in the moment, but being charged $175 to fix a part that had failed only a few months after your installation didn't sit right with us. Had Jon come out to replace a leaking faucet. I called him on Thursday, and explained to him that it had to be done by Saturday as we were having guests for dinner. We had it scheduled for Saturday morning, but an appointment he had for Friday morning canceled, and he was kind enough to move it up. Very professional. On time, gave a reasonable estimate, and very conscientious about having everything done perfectly. Backed up kitchen sink. I called at 2pm, Jon was finishing a job and said "I'll be there in 30 minutes."
