I am a First American Home Warranty customer, and after two different companies had already been dispatched and paid to inspect my recently remodeled bathtub -- without resolving the issue -- one of the jet pumps stopped working just after the manufacturer warranty expired. Thankfully, Tia Ranger from the First American executive team worked tirelessly to find a solution and connected me with High Tech Plumbing. Even though my home was outside Sam's normal service area, he agreed to come out. He thoroughly inspected the bathtub, carefully flipped it to document the issue, secured approval for the parts, and returned once they arrived. With my assistance, we flipped the tub again, and Sam worked hands-and-knees in a tight, wet space for hours to complete the repair properly. His professionalism, work ethic, and dedication were obvious throughout the entire process. Sam was upfront that the distance made the job difficult for him, yet he still honored his commitment and delivered outstanding service. My family and I are extremely grateful. My front yard faucet was leaking and got worse the last time I used it to water my lawn. I went on Yelp and reached out to Plumbers to get a feel for what they would charge. Husen, the owner, reached out to me and said that it's a flat $100 fee to come out. I immediately checked them on Yelp and they had about 58 reviews and avg. 5 stars. I started reading all of the positive reviews and decided to go with them since they were able to come out on Sunday at 10am. The communication up to that point was good and responsive. However, 10am on Sunday, I texted Husen to verify and did not hear back until 30 minutes later. I was starting to worry if this was a sign of things to come. But he finally confirmed and his tech came around 11:14am. He then surveyed what needed to be done and informed me that it would cost $150 to replace the hose bib, which I thought was really high. But considering the time it would cost to research and have another plumber come out and making sure I would be home will probably not going to happen until a week later. So I agreed to the price and he went to work. He did inform me that my valve was broken and it would cost $400 to replace that. But I just decided to get hose bib done in hopes that that would resolve my issue. He was done in about 10 minutes, though I wished her had a bigger or similar hose bib to the one I had before. Now the end of my water hose has pretty much engulfed the outlet and makes it look off. Any way, the tech was nice and professional, though his English was not the greatest. We were still able to communicate and he got the job done. Would I recommend them for future work, maybe. I only say maybe because I still think $150 is way too much to have my hose bib replaced and only have to do about 10 minutes of work. read more

I called yesterday and immediately received a call back and an appointment for this morning. Husen arrived right at scheduled time and took care of installing a toilet and a new water valve and a leaky kitchen faucet. He did an excellent job on all work and cleaned and removed all items needing to be disposed of. You would never know that service had been performed as he left everything immaculate! I've been looking for a good and reasonably priced plumber for a long time. The last two people I used were less than adequate. But I was impressed by Hi-Tech Plumbing. Admittedly, this was an easy job -- a toilet whose tank wasn't filling (replace the fill valve), and a sink drain that was barely draining (clean out my daughter's hair from the trap under the sink). But, the last place I hired to do a few relatively easy things managed to screw those up anyway. Hi-Tech replied quickly to my Yelp service request, and had the best price of the half-dozen or so plumbers who replied. They had good reviews, so I went with them, and I'm glad I did. They were able to schedule an appointment right when I wanted it, and showed up 27 minutes early. The entire job only took 25 minutes, so they were done and gone before my scheduled arrival window even began! They brought everything they needed (I've had plumbers ask for towels, for buckets, etc.), didn't make a mess, and took their trash with them (which, surprisingly, not every plumber does). Overall, I really couldn't have asked for anything more (although accepting credit cards would be nice, since that's how I pay for almost everything). But they take cash, check, Zelle, Venmo or whatever, so that's just a minor quibble. I have a few other plumbing jobs that weren't as time critical as getting the toilet and sink taken care of, so I wanted to try out a new plumber with just a couple easy jobs. I'll be calling Hi-Tech soon to do the rest of the stuff on my plumbing list. read more

I know it's hard to put honest and plumber in the same sentence, but High Tech plumbing is one of the honest plumbers out there. We met Hi Tech back when we were leasing a property and they did an amazing job for that property and landlord. Lucky enough we used them for our new home. We had an old water heater that was on its last leg. Before suggesting a costly replacement, they did very affordable repairs. Unfortunately, the water heater was at its end of life. We used them for a new water heater and they didn't try to up-sale or anything dishonest. They came in, on time, did what they said they were going to do and all fixed. Brand new. We had to get the water heater and all of the components up to code. We knew this when we purchased the house that this was needed so this wasn't any surprises. There are certain things we cant ignore in life, one of them is leaks, specially when they are in your ceiling, our ceiling started bubbling, it was soft to touch and that's a clear sign of moisture and most likely a leak. We had hi-tech plumbing come out, through our home warranty, Our technician Husen was responsive and knowledgeable, he inspected the problem, asses the situation and found the problem, the master bathroom toilet wasn't set properly from the remodel and it was leaking to the first floor. The contractor who changed our flooring didnt place the toilets properly, they were unsecured and badly placed. Sam came to the rescue and change the necessary elements and leveled the toilets.
