If I could leave no stars I would. We ordered a pizza and garlic bread through their online delivery system at 4:30. Our ETA was 6:00. Ok, It's Friday soo....:630 came and no pizza. I called and was told it was out for deli. 6:45 no pizza I called and they said it was out for delivery. I said he'll no it doesn't take 2 &1/2 hours for a pizza..was put on endless hold. Hung up and husband called told them to cancel and not put us on hold. Turns out they didn't download the orders from the app snd pizza not even started! Oh no!!! We are visitors to Aubrey and this does not bode well. Visitors do a HARD PASS please! Don't let this disrespect go unanswered!!! read more

This is a pretty tough review to write because they are still new so I want to give them some slack. We placed our order for two pizzas at 6:57 PM (exactly per the receipt) As I sat patiently with my 11 year old and 2 year old, I noticed that everyone was getting their food and leaving. After waiting for about 25 minutes a group placed their order and sat next to us. After waiting 40 minutes I noticed our neighbors had gotten their food. I went to the counter and politely asked if we could switch our order to to go and how much longer it would be. He said it would be another 10 minutes. At the one hour mark, exactly, I went back up and asked for the manager. As I walked over to him, he blurted our the pizzas coming out right now. I asked what happened, it's been an hour and I see everyone else already has their pizzas. He replied, "what do you want me to say, it's a soft open and it's confusing back here." Well, Id like for you to say sorry, simple as that. The prices are massive. I ordered an 18" pizza with sausage for 19.95 and a medium veggie pizza for 21.95 The saving grace is that the pizza WAS delicious. When we finally did get our pizza and got home it was fantastic. One other positive is the stores cleanliness, and that the men's room does have a baby changing station, which is a positive for me (a lot of places don't have one in the men's room) Overall I do suggest giving the place a try, if you have the money. The food is expensive, but delicious. Hopefully you won't have the same long wait, coand rude manager that I had. I'm hoping that with time they will get their process moving better and learn some customer service skills. UPDATE: I returned today, December 5th at 4 PM with my family and had a great experience! We got our pizza in about 15 minutes and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is worth mentioning that at 4pm we were the only people in the restaurant. The worst! Not only will you not get your pizza or order correct the owner when you call 3hrs later asking where your food is. Tells you you're a Mother F*****. To come say whatever I want to his face. No refund, no food no nothing. Save your money, there is a reason his own family pushed him out of the pizzeria in little elm. Buyer beware. First of all, how hard is your job? "Well done," must mean "First 1/3rd of each slice is raw," in Albanian. After you forgot our delivery order the first time (almost an hour late), and proceeded to bring it to us cold, telling us a lie over the phone that your delivery guy exposed (oops, lol), I figured I'd give y'all another shot on a pickup order. Heaven. Heaven. Heaven. I finally found a place after 20+ years where I honestly feel like I'm back home in Staten Island going to my local pizzeria. Jonny's is LEGIT. Whatever you think of as "good" or "good enough" pizza has been blown away with the real deal freakin' bomb NY style pizza. The wait is worth it. The price is worth it. We ordered 3 different pizzas. Everyone loved the flavor of the pizza. It's different from other pizza, where there is not tons of cheese to cover everything up. Dont get me wrong; I love cheese, but a change was nice. My daughter had bacon and fresh mozz. The bacon was minced into the sauce, and although that's not what I envisioned, it was good sauce. Went last week. A very long wait to place our order. Everyone behind the counter and kitchen seemed very stress and it was projected onto the clients. Customer service from the cashier lacked. Very short, no eye contact. As I watched them make the pizza, noticed they grab their pizza racks from a rack sitting on the floor. When I went to order a drink at the bar, their clean cups sat in a tub on the floor. Seems quite unsanitary to me. I received one cold glass and one non-cold glass. This place would get 5 starts if management changed their pricing. The pizza by the side is the selling point for us and it's genuinely good pizza. Unfortunately, $5 a slice is too much and it includes nothing. A giant cheese pizza is about $20, so why are 5 slices more than 8? I have never seen this place busy and the cost is likely why. The quality of the pizza, staff and service is there, the business model need some work. The pizza does cooked a tad too long in the oven depending on who is behind the counter. Thank God there's good non-"run of the mill chain pizza" on the 380 corridor! If you walk in and this feels familiar to Joe's in LE you would be correct. Johnny sold his half stake in Joe's and opened up this beautiful masterpiece on 380. Top notch New York style slices/pies! Noticed the wings looked perfect at the table next to mine. They also have a beer/wine bar that's away from the main ordering line My boy and I came in here and were ecstatic to see Johhny here! Thus pizza is phenomenal and I can't say enough about the service. Not to mention if you need delivery it's free! Keep up the good work!!!! read more

This is the best pizza in the Little Elm/Aubrey area. The chicken Philly, white pizza, and cheese pizza are my personal faves. I am deducting a few stars for service and order accuracy, as we have had more than one mixup with our orders which were quickly rectified. read more

The food was good! The pizza had a lot of flavor which can be difficult to achieve with no other toppings besides cheese. They messed up our order but the 1 star is not due to the mess up, it's for the INCREDIBLY RUDE lady at the register. I ordered a L supreme and a L cheese. Went to pick up and there was only one pizza. She said I ordered a L supreme light cheese. I told her no and she said she repeated the order, which she totally did not. That was not in any way what I said. Correcting the mistake would have been perfectly fine. Mistakes happen and I would have gladly waited. Pizza was good, fresh ingredients. I got delivery and my pizza was a little cold. I live less than two minutes away. Also, my delivery guy lit a cigarette as he was driving off. Next time I order, I'll just pick it up instead. Update: We gave Jinny's Pizzas another try and we picked it instead of delivery and it made a huge difference. I got a medium cheese pizza, a large supreme and pizza rolls and it was very good. Food was piping hot, ingredients were fresh and it was cooked perfectly. Food is a little pricier than Pizza Hut or Papa John's but that's to be expected because it's privately owned and not a chain restaurant. I will definitely order from here again. read more

The food here is awesome. We've had the spaghetti, Alfredo, pizza, wings and Stromboli. Everything was great when we ordered it. We use to have this every week for dinner. We started off going there and all the employees were friendly and very helpful. After a while we started ordering dinner for delivery. I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because we got a call from the owner telling us not to order delivery from them anymore. I asked why and he said they don't deliver more than 5 miles (We're 8 miles) from the store. We go to the store from time to time and hope they'll start delivering to Little Elm again. read more

Very bad experience. I come from years of service industry/bar tending experience, and I understand things do get hectic and busy. My experience today was a lack of caring. I came in about 20 minutes after I had ordered so I expected a few minutes of waiting. I arrived and checked the order, was told that they were still preparing it. Cool, no biggie. I waited about 15 minutes, then touched base again, and still the same answer. No update or anything. At this point, I still understand that they may be busier than usual, but I saw part of my order sitting there cooking for the last 10 minutes so started to worry. 20 more minutes past and I asked again, and was told the same thing. I responded by telling them I had been inside the store waiting for close to 45-50 minutes and had placed the order well over an hour ago, all while people continuesly walked in and received their order right away. Come to find out that my order had actually been completed for 35 minutes, and lack of communication caused my items to bagged separately and in different spots. I'm lenient, but let's be honest, you aren't even running a full dining service, and it really does not take much effort. Read your tickets, communicate with your line preparing the food, and BOOM! Your customers receive their food fresh and on time. In the end, I still tried to be understanding, and I tried to not give off a negative attitude, but nobody even acknowledged the mistake, even the manager, or who I presume to be, said nothing and just looked at me with a blank face. What a perfect place to stop and enjoy a quick lunch! I decided to grab a quick slice to devour during my very short 30 minute lunch break and I'm soooooo happy I did. My slice was perfect!
