Korean style chicken wings, chicken, and ramen - take your pick! Tried the chicken wings - spicy chili, lemon pepper, and Nashville sweet. All were tasty. Heads up - the lemon pepper is really lemony, and the Nashville had a powdery spice coating that paired well with the ranch dressing. I enjoyed both, but if that's not your taste or texture, there are a lot of other flavors. For the ramen, you choose your package, add your toppings, and use the machine to add the hot water. It makes for a quick, easy meal. You mostly do this yourself but the workers are there to help. The place has some seating inside and plenty outside, along with video games to play. A cute place to check out.
Great fried chicken spot! I enjoyed this location as it's out in Inspirada and more "mellow". The inside is a bit small, but fun, and the outside offers a comfortable, large, covered dog friendly patio. There's even a handful of different arcade games to enjoy. For our visit, we ordered the three finger chicken combo ($14.99). Not being a fan of spicy food, I was a bit worried, but asked for no spice and thankfully, the chicken came out beautifully. Flavorful and no spice. The fried batter mimicked a light tempura batter, which I quite enjoyed. You could also taste that their frying oil was very clean. Another much appreciated detail! The sauces were also pleasant, flavorful, and not spicy. Our order came with two sauces: ketchup and a sauce that was a lot like Thousand Island dressing, which was my personal favorite. Their cole slaw was VERY GOOD too! It was tangy, flavorful and the best coleslaw we've had in the Vegas Valley to date. Lastly, customer service was pleasant and efficient. Looking forward to returning and recommending this fried chicken spot.
I got to try the chicken wings here with a YEE and they were incredible. Well worth the long drive for me to get here and also well worth the kind of high price tag (even though I didn't pay at the YEE.) My husband and I don't mind driving for some good food and this place has some good food. We decided to try a sandwich and it did not disappoint. The chicken inside was tender, the coleslaw was fresh and the bun was soft and delicious. It had bread and butter pickles on it (which are not my fave) but the added sweetness really balanced out the sandwich. We added truffle mayo and it actually worked and made the sandwich sing. We also had some of those amazing potato wedges. YUM! The service is fantastic. The people working the counter are nice, friendly and helpful. I like that they are enthusiastic when explaining things to you. Feels like they want you to be here and I love that. Even if some of the items takes quite a bit of time, at least they warn you so you know what to expect. The place is a bit small inside so it's a bit awkward to stand in line and there isn't much indoor seating. However, they have a fairly large outdoor seating area, including a space that looks like an Asian night market.
This review is based on a one-time visit on 8/28/25. I ordered two "triangle kimbap" items - their Spicy Bulgogi as well as their Bulgogi. I was in the mood for bulgogi and rice, I guess. Both were solid, although I'm always left wanting for a greater filling-to-rice ratio. Jong Ro has a focused menu, which I can appreciate (note that the shop's Google review as of 8/28/25 includes apparently mis-tagged photos of donuts and sandwiches, which are not on the menu). It's predominantly Korean fried chicken ("KFC"), ramyun (ramen), and a few different types of sides. It reminds me a bit of a selection of things one could get at a great quickie-mart in Korea - but elevated. The ramyun selection is impressive... and thoughtfully organized from non-spicy to extra spicy for those who want the heat, and there's a good assortment of toppings to jazz things up. The interior has three smaller tables and one larger table that seat 6. There's plenty of seating outdoors too that's shaded and there's misters (really nice in the summer). I do think I need to come back again when I'm hit with a KFC craving, and look forward to giving this place another try.
Great chicken place. Excellent customer service from the young guy at the counter ( forgot his name) Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming , he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. They have a small dining area with only few tables , which we didn't like , because there was no room at all and we had to go outside ( luckily the weather was cooler today) and very spacious outdoor seating, with nice refreshing misters. Their indoor decoration is quite Korean with a wall of Ramen, which is very unique. Their spacious patio area has several arcade games to play , which is great for kids to hang out. They offer so many different flavors of Ramen! You actually get to cook your ramen right at the counter with these little machines that boil the noodles in front of you. There's a big selection of toppings--both complimentary and add-ons--so you can customize your bowl exactly how you like it. We did not have noodles, we had chicken tenders with fries and toast. Chicken tenders are crispy, well coated in sauce, and came out so hot. They do a good job of serving food ready to eat and super fresh. We have liked how their chicken tenders are perfectly flavored with spices. They have nice selection of sauces too. The only thing which we weren't impressed with was fries, very basic /plain, no seasoning at all. Overall: it was a great experience , definitely something new to try out!
Excited to have Jong Ro close to my house, although I think I'll probably end up here too often haha. I had the 6 Chicken Tenders w/ Sauce and an order of Wedge Fries. Tenders were sizable, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Wedge fries were crisp, seasoned well, and also a good portion. I ordered the sweet chili sauce on the side, good flavor and the slightly touch of spice. Location has ample seating outside, and a few tables inside with comfortable chairs. The selection of ramyun and sides was pretty extensive, and the Kimbap options were lean after 7:30pm (as to be expected) but when fully stocked there were some great sounding options. Staff were extremely friendly, service was prompt, and I felt the prices were reasonable for fried to order chicken of this quality. The combo deals are certainly worth coming back for, but it's nice to be able to order a la carte too. Worth the trek up to Inspirada for solid chicken!
Quite the experience! From finding the location (in a weird island of a shopping center in a very new area of developed land on Inspirada. I appreciate the 3 three finger combo which is why I visited as they invited a certain amount today elite yelper to come imbibe and explore. I also tried the rose tteobikki to be adventurous and try something new. It was a Yumm spicey but not really my kind of dish unfortunately. The food was good! Nothing that really blew me away but was definitely good. I was hoping to be blown away abit more but maybe with different menu items!? ******I do have a question to management. **** There is a cv charge add to my bill. Can you please explain why as I ordered direct and paid in cash as well.
My fiancé and I finally got to try this spot out a couple of weeks ago! We were starving and wanted to get something close to home - multiple people in our neighborhood group were raving about Jong Ro, so we'd been wanting to check it out. First of all, I love the look of this place. The inside is pretty small, but they have a decently-sized patio with some classic arcade games. Inside, they have a wall of ramen options ranging from mild to extra spicy and a DIY station. The food is also very tasty. I ordered the nashville hot wings and I HIGHLY recommend them. I loved the flavor of the dry rub and I don't anything can top the crunch of korean-fried wings. We also shared the chili cheese fries, which were delicious. I'm really excited to have this little gem in our neighborhood.
Came here for an elite event and brought my husband so that we could try more items. The restaurant looks cool inside and outside. It has a huge covered outdoor seating area with some arcade games setup. The inside is kinda small but clean and cute, For the event I picked their five piece wings with fries. I picked the sweet chili sauce for the wings and wedge fries. We also ordered a ramen with a couple of gyoza toppings. Their selection of ramen is really impressive, from non-spicy to extra spicy. And you get to cook it yourself which I think a lot of kids would love. They also have a bunch of toppings you can choose from to add on. The extra spicy Buddha ramen we chose was really tasty and had good texture. The gyoza topping was also pretty good. The chicken wings and wedge fries were cooked to order which took about twenty minutes. They were perfectly fried. The wings were crispy even though they were covered with sauce. The meat was juicy and tender. The sweet chili sauce had a good balance between sweetness and spiciness. The wedge fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Service was excellent, the guy helping us was nice and helpful and spoke good English. He was very patient and provided excellent advice on choices of ramen and sauces. Prices may seem a bit high (like $17.95 for eight pieces of chicken wings) but they do offer a very generous 50% discount from noon to 4pm on Mondays through Thursdays, and a 10% discount for military/veterans/first responders.
I am SO happy that jongro chicken opened a spot in Inspirada! Their Korean fried chicken is one of my favorites and their portions are always huge! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and always made fresh to order! On top of this they also give discounts to healthcare workers which is even better! There is plenty of seating inside and outside and the outside patio even has arcade games that are free to play! I will 100% be back!!
Had to try this place after my coworker raved about it. We had the traditional whole chicken (which I took to-go) and regular whole chicken. Main difference is that the regular whole chicken, you get about 12 pieces and can choose 2 sauces. The traditional whole chicken is a literal whole fried chicken and cut in half. It comes with wedges and 3 sauces, with pickled daikon. Both were delicious! For the regular whole chicken, we got tare soy and lemon pepper. It was so good! Chicken was not oily and it was such a nice crunch. The traditional whole chicken was fried perfectly too. The only thing was the white meat was a bit dry. I would totally come back here again even though it's a bit of a drive. On Monday-Thursdays you get 50% off wings from 12-4pm which is such a great deal! The inside is a bit small but outside has plenty of seating along with old school arcade games.
This place replaced what used to be Gabi Cafe. So glad we had a chance to check it out being in that area- this has been on my "need to try" list in Yelp. Walking up and into the restaurant was kool- there is so many things that caught my eye. Right outside there was an area with a couple of arcade games. It'll def be a place chill and hangout on cooler days. The options they have on menu were great. A lot to choose from- bowls, wings, sandwiches and even a chicken salad for a healthier option. If you choose the Ramyun- they have a wall to choose which flavor you want ranging from non spicy to really spicy (check photo) We ordered chicken mayo bowl w/truffle mayo and a chicken sandwich combo. Food was cooked fresh and served fairly quick -maybe less than 10 min. Everything was delicious!!!! Chicken was fried perfectly and flavors were great! Definitely would love to come back and try other things on menu.
Love the Vibes of the Place! Super Chill inside with a dope outdoor seating under a tent. Love the seasonings of all the chicken we bought. Not too heavy but it was just the right amount to let the flavors roll off the tongue. Service was amazing. Nena was really attentive and was always there when we would need something, huge plus. Overall, definitely coming back to this spot! Oh, they also let you make your own Ramen Bowl! I'm coming back here!! You should try!
First time trying out Jong Ro Chicken. Asians love chicken so why not give it a try right? Traditional chicken taste just like the ones back in the day when your dad used to bring home from long day of work. I haven't had decent fried chicken in years and this hit the spot. It also came with side dishes which is small cube radish and two different sauce to dip. After purchasing saw a sign says veteran gets 10% off. Maybe next time I'll ask for discount haha. But except for that it was an great experience especially on the side of ramen section, they also put small freezer with Korean icecream and drinks. I had to get scre bar icecream since I haven't even seen it in H Mart. While waiting for food to your right they have two small mini crane you can play. Service was good although food did come out late because they do have to deep fry the chicken. Indoor has cozy feeling to it with seating arrangement. Outdoor had cool interior with water mist to stay cooler in sunny summer weather. I will revisit once more before I move. :) read more

As korean fried chicken are known for not being greasy, I like this kind of preparation. Their variety of sauce/flavors is a plus. It's also more for experience like in Asia where you cook your own food there. Service is great, staff is very helpful. It is well lit, they kept most of the set up from the previous shop. Outside searing is available with arcade games, too. read more

Fat wallet deals. Wow, Jong Ro Chicken really offers great everyday deals/prices and good tasting Korean fried chicken foods here. Yummy! Their chicken is worth dying for in the Las Vegas region. They used to be located near Chinatown, but moved all the way to south Henderson Via Inspirada neighborhood near the new homes construction sites. Interesting. Yes, 50% off your chicken wing orders starting 12 noon on Mondays through Thursdays until 4pm. They even offer additional 10% off if you're a military personnel/veterans/first responders. Love it already. Young staff male was very friendly and helpful. This place has an outstanding well decorated patio outdoors with a Korean art feel to it, in case you want to eat your foods outside. The watery mist comes out from the top to keep you cool outside every now and then. Feels pretty cool to me. Must love! Clean spot. Tiny store with a few tables and chairs clustered indoors. Only one restroom inside and they may easily run out of paper towels or hand wash/soft soaps. Place gets busy at times. Menu is very good. You can also make your own ramen noodles at the machines inside, just like in Asia. Appetizers and snacks are plentiful here. This is a great 5-stars Korean fried chicken place, especially if that's what you're really craving for. Quiet low key neighborhood in middle of nowhere for now. Absolutely delicious and perfectly made chicken meats. Our 8-piece fried chicken wings normally cost $17.95, but with all discounts included, plus our little carton drinks, our total was only around $12 for everything you see here on our little lunch table. We had the soy garlic saucy flavor. Chicken meat was as white/soft/tender/juicy like ones in South Korea and night markets. Crispy skin and droopy delicious inside. Their fried chicken oil is very hot in temperature and meat was very juicy fresh! Great experience. Perfect chicken wings/my favorite. We will definitely be back! I love it here. Beautiful vibes. read more

First time in and we were surprised at the volume of food for the price. Tenders are about 40% larger than Raising Canes and the amount of fries you get in the combos is double most places. The cheese blocks are quite large, like small bricks, so not as easy to eat. The food tasted good and I look forward to trying other items and sauces. read more

I liked this self served ramen place. Never been to one. I liked the area where they have all the ramen in a huge case that you can choose from. They have these ramen heat makers in the front that you can put your ramen on to cook it. You have the options of so many different drinks and add-ons to put inside your ramen. I like the outside area. They have arcade games you can play for free. If it free its alright with me. . Follow my foodie IG - @jwardhooper22 read more

I love this place!!! Hannah was very helpful with my selections! The noodles selection is out of this world! They have tone of things here that make you feel as if you are back on Korea or on your 1st trip there. It's a tad bit away from Vegas but definitely worth the drive! Try the popcorn shrimp and grab a few bags of noodles to find your favorite like I did! Oh did I mention thr drinks yummmmmmmmmy read more

This opened up about a mile or so from my house. Finally some real culture in Inspirada, which means it will sadly fail. I'm sure the McDonalds they open up here soon is going to be a cash cow. Food is good, the fact they are close is even better. New strangish location near where the dog bone roundabout use to be. They opened up during the destruction of it, so I'm sure that will not bode well for the place. But all in all food is good and it is close and it isn't "white people food" like WHSK or Griddlecakes. Hope it lasts. read more

Please don't eat these noodles or use this machine to cook it for you. I just bought chicken and rose tokbooki today from Inspirada new location I'm lucky that I spelled the tokbooki before I get home, I was mad that I wasted 10$ but I'm happy that I didn't eat plastic.. the chicken was good but please don't eat these noodles if they are cooked this way. I'm not trying to hurt a new business but they should remove these ramen machines immediately for everyone safety read more

I tried the Spring Mt location so wanted to try the local one. Small dining area, barely enough for only several people. Definitely an outdoor establishment bc they have tables outside. Food was decent, I tried the whole fried chicken plain and tenders w sauce on side. Tenders had a different batter compared to the whole chicken but still good and portions were good for the price. The whole chicken was nice and crispy and probably the one to order when u come here. They have ramen and ddukboki which is not what you should order unless u craving it. Overall decent Korean fried chicken place. read more
