I have bought things from them for over 40 years. Only once have the shingles bought were unusable, and when I nailed them on they broke. He changed out what I had not put on, and sprayed an x on the rest of the stuff he had not sold. He also sells 1st material at a lower price than you can get most places. He does not offer a wide choice on the 1st, but they are very good. If you want 1st in an material that is not used a lot you will have to go else were and pay more. If you want common material at a good price this is the place to go.

Spent a lot of money. When I called to order the same thing in the summer of 2017, I was told they only had 8' siding. I said well that must be it because maybe I didn't hear my contractor right and 8' siding is what I need since I ordered from you in the fall and I'm finishing my house. David Bruff, I believe one of the owners and the younger one, was who I had spoken with in the fall of 2016 as well as my most recent order. I also mentioned to him I had pictures of 4 of the pieces of siding he had delivered damaged. He was kind and said to come in and he'd try to help me out. As soon as the siding was delivered, my contractor said that it was not correct and besides that about 35% had damage along the side. I immediately called David and told him that what arrived at my house was incorrect and it was damaged. He did convey to me on the phone this time, he could've received 9' last fall but didn't remember as it is rare. I replied with that would've been nice to know since we had the discussion about me ordering from you in the fall and I was finishing my house and couldn't have two different sizes on my house. He said to come in and he would take care of me. If he was the only one who owned this place, I'd be back. As soon as I arrived, I went in and found David and reminded him of our conversation. It had been about three weeks as I had been traveling and he said he didn't exactly remember but go ahead and find someone to help you unload it. I believe this is where Morgan Bruff, the other owner and older one, completely ruined my experience. He saw me walking out to get it unloaded and he walked with me to examine the product being returned (which I had stored in my garage to make sure I returned it exactly how it was sent to me). It took us, yes I helped, about 10 minutes and he was very rude the entire time. He looked over the siding with a fine toothed comb and the employee (also helping us unload) told Morgan this material was in one of the best conditions on a return he had seen. Morgan of course tried to show me how he wasn't paying for 2 of the 35 pieces I returned in which I was able to show him by pictures that is how it was delivered to me. My thought this entire time, does this guy inspect or worry about how the product goes to the customer or just how it's returned?? Seems he doesn't care if he sends crummy product to his customer but he's definitely going to do whatever is possible to stick his customers with damaged product. Anyway I then proceeded to show him pictures of the 4 pieces from the fall order I had received and how I had to throw those away and his response, "ok"!!!!!!!! Cannot believe this guy is in business. We then go inside for my return and I knew at this point this guy was going to try to stick me with whatever he could. So yes I got a restocking fee and the delivery fee he charged me initially, I had to take as well. It would have been a lot easier to work with this company if I would've refused to work with the older Bruff and just stuck with the younger more reasonable one. I tried to explain to him how I immediately called when I received the product and this was a misunderstanding about what I was ordering. His basic response, sorry it's not my fault. Only way I'll ever ever spend money at this place, is if the older Bruff isn't working, doesn't own, or have anything to do with Chickasaw building materials. Anytime I'm having work on my house, I'll make sure none of the material is supplied by Chickasaw and I'll be sure to convey to all my friends!

In this day of automated communications, I can easily go into the store to discuss my plans and talk to someone face to face, and show my products. I consulted 2 other resources, but decided on LL for quality, availability, and costs. After purchasing the flooring next came the installation scheduling. Flooring delivery and installation communication was not so smooth. I was expecting a call a day before delivery to advise what time driver would arrive; Only received the call after 3 calls to LL office; the after 3 days of having flooring in my house, I didn't get a installation date until after several calls to LL and the installation company. Over the weekend (4-1 & 4-2) ins began. Guys were professional and addressed any questions/concerns I had. Did a great job, however before signing off on the installation, make sure you go around the areas to confirm all molding was installed and any appliance or other items with removal parts that we removed to install floor are replaces; the dishwasher face plate framing the bottom of the dishwasher was not replaced, and I didn't notice for 2 days. I so the piece as I was sweeping up but did not know where it came from. other than that, great job, love the flooring!
