How do you deal with a customer without talking to them directly. I bring the issue to the workers in the front and they call the manager who says "What do you want us to do" like you know yall truck tags was expired 5 MONTHS ago. I asked the employee could she call another store and see if they have one available with current tags. She called and put it on speaker and proceeded to ignore the man because she was TEXTING on her phone. After trying to get her attention, I asked could I speak to him directly. The employee at the other location was able to help. I drove there and had a wonderful experience. The guy even came outside WITH ME to check out the truck before giving me the keys.
